Double Oak Essentials: free US shipping, international delivery and returns
Double Oak Essentials sells wallets, cardholders, belts, travel bags, hats, phone cases and sunglasses. The shop ships from the United States and puts most of its shipping promises into one short policy. Here is what it says, including the points that matter if you live outside the US.
Free shipping and who gets it
The shipping policy states that "Free Shipping" applies to domestic United States orders exclusively. That means orders to US addresses ship free, while international orders are treated separately. The cart says that shipping, taxes and discount codes are calculated at checkout, so an overseas order shows its cost at that step.
Dispatch and delivery times
Orders placed before 12 pm EST are processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time, on weekends or on holidays go out the next business day. All orders ship with 3-day shipping and should arrive within 3 to 4 business days from the date of shipment. International shipping generally takes 5 to 10 business days. The shop notes that weather and other unforeseen events can delay a parcel.
The carriers named in the policy are USPS Priority Mail, UPS, Amazon Logistics, DHL and FedEx. Once the order has shipped, you receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or stolen packages
If a package is lost or stolen, the shop asks you to write to its support address, but its policy says it is not liable for lost or stolen packages. For a high-value order, it is worth choosing an address where someone can take the parcel in.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item must be in the condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in the original packaging, and you need the receipt or proof of purchase. Start the return through the shop's return page, because items sent back without a request are not accepted. If the return is accepted, the shop sends a return shipping label with instructions.
The shop does not cover the cost of non-defective returns, and for defect-free returns the return shipping cost is deducted from your refund. International customers are responsible for return shipping, taxes and duties, so a return from Europe or Canada can cost more than a US return. If something arrives defective, damaged or wrong, contact the shop right away so it can evaluate the issue.
Exchanges work as a return plus a separate new order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days, plus the time your bank needs. If more than 15 business days have passed since the shop approved your return, write to [email protected].
Clearance items
