Shopping at Dack-online.com: how delivery, payment and returns work and how to earn cashback

· 2026-09-17

Dack-online.com is a Swedish tyre price comparison site. It lists tyres, wheel rims, accessories and oils from many retailers, and the operator is TyresNET GmbH in Munich. That shapes everything about delivery and returns: in most cases you buy from a retailer, not from Dack-online.com itself.

How buying works

You find your tyres with the tyre finder by width, height and diameter, filter the results by price, brand, seller or test reviews, and then pick an offer. From there you either click through to the seller's own website and finish the order there, or, if the retailer is listed on the marketplace, add the product to the basket and order directly on Dack-online.com. After a direct order you deal with the retailer, who is responsible for the order, including delivery problems. The site says it does not carry the transport risk.

Delivery and shipping cost

Every store listed on the site has its own delivery options and shipping prices, so there is no single fee. The cost and the delivery time are shown on the product detail page next to each offer. When you order directly on Dack-online.com, the delivery and payment policy of each seller is available from your basket. If you click through to a partner's website, the delivery rules are in the menu of that shop. The site also warns that prices, delivery time and stock come from retailer feeds that update several times a day, so small differences are possible. Which countries a seller delivers to is decided by the seller, so check that on the offer before you pay.

Payment

The accepted methods differ between stores and are shown next to each offer. If you order on Dack-online.com you can choose among several methods at checkout. A card payment sends you to the seller's payment page, and PayPal or another online payment service redirects you at the end of the order. With bank transfer you get the seller's account details and the total on a thank-you page, and the order is processed only after your payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation email with an 8-digit order number, and a tracking form on the site lets you follow the order.

Right to withdraw

The terms give you 14 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason. The period starts the day you or a person you name takes the goods into possession. To use it, tell TyresNET GmbH, Amalienstr. 71, 80799 München, Germany, by email or post that you withdraw. The shop then refunds all payments, including delivery charges for the standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the payment method you used. The terms add that the goods are collected from you and that the company carries the cost of returning them. You pay only for a loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the tyres. If you bought through a partner store, read that seller's own terms, since they apply to that sale.

Contact

Orders made on the platform are handled with the retailer. The store information section lists the retailer's contact details and appears again in your confirmation email. For other questions there is a contact form on the FAQ page.

Cashback at Dack Online

Open the Dack Online page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 2%) and the offers are listed, and we check them daily. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once Dack Online has reported the order. A returned order is deducted from the cashback again.

Practical tips

  • Compare the final price including shipping from each seller, not only the tyre price.
  • Enter the full tyre size, because the finder works best with all fields filled.
  • Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.

As of October 2026. The shop can change its terms, so confirm the details at checkout.
