Shopping at Coofandy: shipping, countries, returns and cashback
Coofandy sells men's clothing: matching sets, shirts, polos, knitwear and jackets. The company behind it is Dongguan Haoxinhang Garment Co., Ltd., and orders to most countries travel a long way. That makes the shipping and returns rules worth reading before you fill a basket. Here is what the shop's own pages say.

The shipping page lists these destinations. In Europe: Ireland, Austria, Belgium, Poland, Denmark, Germany, Greece, Russia, France, Finland, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Hungary, Italy, the United Kingdom, Romania, Estonia and Czechia. In Asia: Korea, Malaysia, Japan, Thailand, Turkey, Singapore, Israel, Indonesia, Vietnam, the Philippines, Laos and Cambodia. In North America: Canada, the United States and Mexico. Plus Australia.
Shipping cost and delivery time
The shop advertises free shipping on orders of $99 and over. The cart shows how far you are from that amount. Below it, the shipping fee is calculated at checkout.
Delivery time is processing time plus shipping time. The shop needs 2 to 5 business days to prepare most orders and 5 to 7 when stock is tight. Pre-sale items take 10 to 12 days of processing. After dispatch, standard global shipping takes 10 to 22 business days, and remote areas can take longer. Inside the US, items from the US warehouse collection arrive in 3 to 7 business days for most addresses.
Items marked "US Only" sit in a separate warehouse. If your basket mixes them with other products, you pay separate shipping charges, and the parcels arrive separately.

Customs and import charges
The shipping page notes that tariffs are paid by the customer. The FAQ adds that parcels from Europe go out with duties and tax unpaid, so import charges, if any, are collected when the parcel reaches your country. Plan for that if you order to the EU, the UK or Switzerland.
Returns and refunds
You have 30 days from receiving all your items to ask for a return or exchange by email to [email protected]. Items must be unworn and unwashed. Final sale items cannot go back, and sets can only be returned complete. Return shipping is paid by you. If you paid shipping because you missed the free shipping threshold, that fee is not refunded. A wrong or damaged item is different: send a photo and the shop replaces it or refunds you.
Refunds go back to the card or method you paid with and usually take 5 to 14 business days to show up. Orders can be cancelled until they have shipped. Once a parcel is on its way, the shop cannot cancel it.

At checkout you can pay with PayPal, a credit or debit card, or Klarna.
