Shopping at Camper Nation: UK delivery, overseas quotes, 100-day returns and cashback
Camper Nation (campernation.co.uk) is a small London-based business selling caravan, camping and glamping equipment, with awnings as a big part of the range. Delivery in the UK and outside
Delivery is free on all orders to customers in the UK mainland. The mainland excludes Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands and the Scottish islands. If you live in one of those areas, the shop asks you to contact it for a delivery quote. International orders are possible too, but there is no price list: because product sizes vary widely, the shop prepares a shipping quote on request and, if you accept it, an order and a payment through its secure gateway.
One practical warning before you ask for a quote: the products are made for the UK market and need a 240V electrical system. They are certified to UK standards, but generally not to the electrical safety standards of other countries.

After your order you get a confirmation email, and your card is pre-authorised. If the item is in stock and ready to go within three business days, the charge is processed. If it is on back-order, the shop voids the pre-authorisation and writes to you about alternatives. A shipping confirmation with a tracking number and a link to the carrier follows within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If nothing has arrived within five business days, email the shop.
Damage and missing items
Inspect the packaging on delivery. If you see damage, note it when signing or refuse the delivery, and take photos of the packaging and the contents at once. 100-day returns
You can return an item for any reason within 100 days of receiving it. Email [email protected] with your order number and the shop sends instructions. All returns must be authorised first. The item has to come back in "Like New" condition, with its original packaging and accessories and without visible signs of wear. Items that have been built or installed are not eligible, and certified pre-owned items, bespoke or made-to-order products and orders for one-time use are excluded too.
There is no restocking fee. Return delivery is yours unless the item is faulty, damaged or sent in error, and for large items that cost can be significant, so speak to the team before you arrange a collection. Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 7 days of inspection. Exchanges are possible within the 100 days, for a product of equal or lesser value, or you pay the difference.
Payment and warranty
