Shopping at Boogie Bounce: delivery, Ireland, returns and cashback
Boogie Bounce sells fitness rebounders, mini trampolines, wristweights and clothing from the UK, and it also runs classes and an app. It is a UK business with a delivery page that deals mostly with UK addresses and the Republic of Ireland. If you live elsewhere, the shop asks you to write first. Here is what the delivery, returns and terms pages say.
Where Boogie Bounce delivers
The delivery page covers the UK Mainland, non-mainland UK addresses and the Republic of Ireland. For anywhere else it says: if you are outside the UK, email the shop for a delivery quote. The terms and conditions are stricter and state that the shop can currently only dispatch products to UK addresses, so treat Ireland and other countries as something to confirm with the shop before you pay.
For deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, UK VAT is removed from your order. When the parcel enters Ireland, you pay Irish import VAT, any customs duty and the courier's clearance fees yourself, and the courier collects them directly. From 1 July 2026 most consignments with goods worth up to €150 also attract customs duty of €3 per product type. The clearance fees can be significant, and the parcel may not be released until you have paid them.
Delivery cost and speed
The delivery cost is calculated at checkout once you enter your address. For rebounders to the UK Mainland, as defined by FedEx, the shop aims to dispatch within 1 to 2 working days on a next day service where possible. Non-mainland addresses get the next fastest available service, and all other items go by Royal Mail or another courier within 1 to 2 working days. You receive tracking by email after dispatch. If nobody is at home, give a safe place or a neighbour; if redelivery fails, the parcel returns to the warehouse and you have 30 days to arrange another delivery, which may cost a reasonable extra fee.
| Topic | What the shop says |
|---|---|
| Dispatch | Within 1 to 2 working days |
| Rebounders, UK Mainland | Next day courier where possible |
| Ireland | UK VAT removed, import VAT and duty paid by you |
| Change of mind | 14 days, return postage paid by you |
| Faulty goods | Reject within 30 days, repair or replace up to six months |
Returns
If you change your mind, you have 14 days from receiving the order and need to email the shop to request the return. You send the goods to the address in Tamworth and pay the return postage. If the shop organises the return, the cost is £16 on the UK Mainland and is deducted from the refund. The money comes back to your original payment method within 14 days of the shop receiving the goods.
Keep the original rebounder box and packaging for at least 14 days, because a rebounder returned in unsuitable packaging can lead to a deduction if it is damaged. Socks are sealed for hygiene, so they cannot be returned once the seal is broken. Wrist weights must come back unused and resaleable. A faulty product can be rejected within 30 days, and up to six months after delivery if the shop cannot repair or replace it.
Paying
The terms list Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Visa Debit and Visa Electron. The shop takes payment when it dispatches the order. The footer also mentions that finance is available.
Cashback at Boogie Bounce
Open the Boogie Bounce page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) is listed with the offers we check every day. Press the shop button and shop as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. If you return an item, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Enter your address at checkout early to see the exact delivery cost before you decide.
- Order from Ireland only after the shop confirms the delivery by email.
- Do not bin the rebounder box until the 14 days have passed.
- A code from another site can replace the cashback click, so close other voucher tabs.
