Shopping at BannerBuzz Canada: delivery, shipping table, replacements and cashback
BannerBuzz Canada prints custom banners, flags, signs and decals and ships them across Canada. Because every item is made to order, the production time, the shipping table and the return rules matter more than in a normal shop. This guide covers what the shop publishes for Canadian orders and what changes when you order from abroad.
Production and delivery time
After you approve the artwork, the team works on your item for 12 to 24 hours. Delivery then depends on the shipping type and ranges from three to nine business days. The shop shows an estimated delivery date for the method you pick and says it delivered over 85% of orders by the expected date, unless the carrier had problems. Production and shipping follow the business calendar, so public holidays can shift the dates. If a parcel is lost by the carrier, the shop investigates and sends a reprint with priority shipping, which takes about 3 to 4 days.
Shipping cost
The exact shipping amount appears in the cart. The shop's shipping table has four methods, Priority, Express, Standard Ground and Super Saver, and the price depends on the order value. Super Saver shipping is free in every tier.

The cart is decisive because shipping is calculated from the product you order. Canadian sales tax is added on top: HST is 13% in Ontario, 14% in Nova Scotia and 15% in New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island and Newfoundland and Labrador, while the rest of Canada pays 5% GST. You can change the delivery address while the order is being packaged, but not once it is packed, and the billing address cannot be changed after the order. The shop does not ship to APO or FPO addresses.
Ordering from outside Canada
The shop confirms that it ships outside Canada and points to its other country shops: bannerbuzz.com, bannerbuzz.co.uk, bannerbuzz.com.au and bannerbuzz.co.nz. International parcels go through carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Where possible the shop may prepay customs, but you remain responsible for local import duties, taxes, brokerage charges and VAT or GST. Orders paid by PayPal e-check ship after the payment clears.
Returns, replacements and refunds
Returns are accepted on eligible items within 3 days of delivery. Non-custom products can be refunded or replaced only if they arrive damaged, defective, lost during shipping or substantially different from the order. Custom products and close-out products are eligible for replacement only, with no refund, if they arrive damaged, defective, lost or with a printing error on the shop's side. Typos or wrong details you supplied yourself are not covered. Minor colour, texture or size variations from screen settings are not covered either.
To report a problem, raise a ticket under My Account within the 3 days and attach photos with a description. The team reviews the case within 12 hours. After 60 days the shop offers store credit only, and parcels that come back to the shop are thrown away if the customer cannot be reached within 30 days.

Cashback
Open the BannerBuzz Canada page at daily cashback, where the current rate is 1.5%, press the shop button and design your order as normal. In your free account the cashback shows as open first and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A refund reduces the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- Check spelling, size and design before you pay, because your own mistakes are not replaced.
- Look at every shipping method in the cart: the cheapest one is not always the slowest.
- Inspect the parcel on the day it arrives, since the report window is only 3 days.
- Finish the order in one visit, because a click from another cashback or voucher site can replace the first one.
