Shopping at BABISTA in Switzerland: shipping, returns and cashback
BABISTA sells men's clothing in large sizes, from shirts and trousers to jackets and shoes, with fits up to 7XL. The Swiss shop babista.ch belongs to a Berlin-based company but delivers only inside Switzerland. That makes the delivery rules short, and the return rules worth reading. We went through the shipping and returns page, the withdrawal terms and the general terms in October 2026. Shops change conditions, so check the amounts at checkout.
Where BABISTA delivers
The shipping page says BABISTA delivers to Switzerland. For delivery to Germany, Austria or the UK, or for customs, ask the shop before you order. Prices are in Swiss francs and the site comes in German and French. You can give a delivery address that differs from your billing address, but then paying by invoice is not possible.
Shipping cost and delivery time
The shop does not offer free shipping. Each order carries a flat CHF 6.95, however many items are in the parcel, and according to the shop BABISTA pays the larger part of the real postage itself. The shipping page names Post CH as its partner.
| At a glance | BABISTA Switzerland |
|---|---|
| Shipping per order | CHF 6.95 flat shipping |
| Delivery time | 1 to 3 days promised, 2 to 4 days in the FAQ |
| Return period | 14 days, in original packaging |
| Return shipping | Return label comes in the parcel |
The shop gives two delivery times. The header promises 1 to 3 days, with same-day dispatch for orders placed before 12 noon. The FAQ says 2 to 4 days unless the offer states otherwise. Plan for up to four days. After dispatch you get an email with a tracking link. If an item turns out to be unavailable, the shop cancels it and reduces the invoice.
Returns and exchanges
If an item does not fit or you do not like it, you can send it back within 14 days, complete and in original packaging. The return label and return slip are in your parcel. If you lost them, the shop sends new ones for free via the contact form. According to its withdrawal terms the shop bears the cost of the return. The value of the goods goes back to the payment method you used.
For an exchange you use the return slip, where you note the reason and the replacement you want. The new shipment carries CHF 6.95 shipping again, because it counts as a new order.
Payment
The general terms list PayPal, Amazon Pay, purchase on invoice, instalments, SEPA direct debit and credit card. The checkout shows which of them apply to your order. Invoice, instalments and direct debit run through Bank Frick, card payments through Unzer.
Using cashback
Open the BABISTA page at daily cashback, where you find the current rate (up to 4%) and the offers we have checked, with the date. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once BABISTA has reported the order. Returns are deducted again.
Practical tips
- Because shipping is charged per order, one combined basket is cheaper than several small orders.
- Use the shop's size guide and measurement tables. If your measurements fall between two sizes, the shop advises the larger one.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
