Shopping at 24MX: which site to use, shipping, duties and 60-day returns
24MX is an online shop for motocross, enduro and mountain bike gear, parts and tyres. It runs one store for each of many countries, so the first thing to settle is which site you should use. The rules below come from the shop's terms and its start pages.
Which 24MX site belongs to your country
The 24MX start page links to separate stores for the UK (24mx.co.uk), Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland and Sweden, plus an English store at 24mx.eu. Other European countries such as Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Greece or Portugal use 24mx.com with their own language path, and US visitors land on the en-us version. The company behind it is Pierce AB in Stockholm, and the terms say Swedish law applies, without limiting the mandatory consumer rights of your country.
Delivery, shipping cost and time
24MX says it ships orders every day across Europe. The delivery options depend on destination and products, and the options and freight cost appear at checkout. Cost depends on the product, the shipping option you choose and the order total. Bulky items such as loading ramps or tents carry an extra shipping charge and are labelled on the site. The German start page advertises free shipping on orders over 200 euro, not valid for bulky products. The estimated delivery date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation, and the shop says it cannot guarantee it. If some items are out of stock, the shop may split your order into several deliveries at no extra cost.
The UK terms apply to deliveries within the United Kingdom and exclude the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. The terms on 24mx.com are written for deliveries outside continental Europe. There the prices exclude VAT, and you are responsible for VAT, customs and excise duty, because you count as the importer of record.
Returns: 60 days
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving the order. On top of that 24MX gives 46 extra days, so you have 60 days in total. The extra period only covers unused products in new condition, in the original packaging and with all labels attached. Personalised products, exhaust systems made for your bike, perishable items and goods with broken hygiene seals are excluded. You register the return through the shop's returns portal and send the parcel to the address in Poland that you receive.
Return shipping is paid by you. If you return through the shop, its cost is deducted from your refund. The refund follows within 14 days of the goods arriving or your proof of dispatch, and it goes back to the original payment method. When you return a whole order, the standard shipping you paid is refunded as well, with a partial return it is not. If you used a promotion, returning only part of the order can mean the value of a bonus product or discount is deducted.

Payment, defects and contact
The checkout shows the payment options available to you, and extra costs are shown there as well. Buying with direct payment requires an age of 16, buying on credit 18. For defective goods the UK terms refer to the consumer law of your country and mention a six-year liability period. Customer care is reachable at [email protected] or through the contact form on the site.
Using cashback
Open the 24MX page for your region at daily cashback: UK page or US page. There the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then build your basket and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once 24MX has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item is deducted again. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher tabs before you click.
