0815 is an online shop for electronics and household appliances, from printers and lighting to refrigerators and televisions. The pages about delivery and returns on 0815.eu answer most questions before you order. Here is what matters, especially if you are looking at the shop from outside Germany.

Delivery area

The shop delivers to an address of your choice in Germany, and its terms state that the prices apply within Germany only. If your delivery address is elsewhere, ask the customer service before you order. Parcels are not delivered to Packstation lockers.

Delivery cost and speed

  • Shipping is free from an order value of 50 EUR, for parcels as well as large items such as washing machines or refrigerators.
  • Special or freight shipping is charged at 69.90 EUR.
  • On request the shop ships with the post instead, and that shipping option carries a surcharge of 0.99 EUR.
  • Devices in stock usually leave within 24 to 48 hours after payment is received.
  • Within Germany, shipping usually takes three to six working days, and at most 14 days.

If a change to your order takes the total below 50 EUR, the shipping costs are charged afterwards. For basket values below the limit, the cost is shown in the shop.

Large appliances

Refrigerators, dishwashers, televisions from 49 inches and other bulky goods go by freight. The carrier phones you to agree on the delivery date so that someone is home. Delivery is to the curb only. The shop does not currently offer disposal of old appliances, carry-in or installation, so plan how you will move a heavy item inside.

Damage in transit

30-day returns

On top of the legal right to withdraw, 0815 offers a money-back guarantee of up to 30 days after you receive the order. The goods must show no signs of use, apart from checking how they work, and the original packaging must be there. Email [email protected] or call +43 1 890 05 31-0, quote your order number, and you receive a return label by email. Take the parcel to a DHL branch, and the shop pays the postage. After a successful check the purchase price is paid back to your account.

The offer is for private customers only. It does not apply to made-to-measure goods, perishable goods, items unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons (hygiene articles with an intact manufacturer seal are an exception), sealed media or software with a broken seal, and newspapers or magazines.

Payment

The payment page lists advance payment, credit card and Maestro, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay, eps, cashpresso, Klarna and purchase on invoice. Paying in advance gives an instant discount of 0.5 percent and you have seven days to transfer the money.

Using cashback
