Ordering from Greek Creations: production time, US shipping and returns
Greek Creations is an Omaha-based shop for fraternity and sorority apparel, paddles, jewelry and gifts, and most of what it sells is made to order. That changes how delivery and returns work compared with an ordinary web shop, so it helps to know the rules before you pay. This guide covers production time, shipping, who can order, returns and how cashback fits in.
Who can order and where it ships
The shop states that it ships to all US states exclusively. There is no delivery to addresses abroad. If you live outside the United States, this is not a shop you can order from directly. For Hawaii and Alaska the shop gives longer transit times of 6 to 10 business days.
Production time comes first
Orders are processed by 9am Central time on the next business day after you place them. Normal production takes 5 to 7 business days or less and costs nothing extra, but the exact figure differs per product and is shown in the Production Time drop-down on each product page. Many items also offer rush production as an add-on, with fees that depend on the product. The shipping clock only starts after production is finished, so plan for both.
Shipping costs and transit time
Orders go out with USPS or UPS, whichever the shop considers quickest for the items and the destination. Transit usually takes 2 to 4 business days. Shipping is calculated at checkout from the order total, weight, package size and destination, using UPS ground rates. The banner on the site says that orders over $50 ship free. If an order is split into several packages, you are not charged extra and you may get more than one tracking email.

Returns and cancellations
Many products are custom made, and the shop treats those as non-refundable. Stock items may be returned if you start the return within 30 days of receiving the package, by email or phone to customer service. After approval you get a return authorization form that has to go into the box. The refund is reduced by applicable fees, which can include a 20% restocking fee, the original shipping cost and rush charges already paid. You pay for sending the parcel back. A defective item is replaced at no extra cost. The FAQ page is stricter and says returns are only accepted for defective goods, with notice within seven days of receipt, so ask customer service before you ship anything back.
You can cancel by forwarding your confirmation email before 9am Central time on the next business day. Once an order is in production it cannot be cancelled, and the refund for a cancellation made in time is lowered by a fee of $5 for processing the request.
Payment and tax
The shop takes Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal, and payment is charged in full when you order. Checks sent by mail are accepted too, and production starts once the payment has arrived. Orders shipped outside Nebraska are not charged sales tax.
Using cashback
Open the Greek Creations page at daily cashback first, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers are listed with the date we last checked them. Press the shop button there, then build your order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed after Greek Creations has reported the order. Because custom items cannot be returned, the amount is rarely reduced, but a returned stock item is deducted again.
Tips before you order
- Check the production time on the product page before you commit to an event date, because shipping is added on top.
- Put items with different production times into separate orders if you need one of them sooner.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher tabs closed while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
