Buying tickets at TicketNetwork: how the marketplace works, the guarantee and cashback
TicketNetwork is a US ticket marketplace for concerts, sports, theatre and festivals. It does not sell tickets from stock. It connects you with professional ticket sellers who list their inventory on the site. That changes the usual questions. There is no parcel of goods, so shipping and returns matter less than who the seller is, what the guarantee covers and what happens when an event is cancelled. We read the About Us and guarantee page on ticketnetwork.com in October 2026. The FAQ and terms pages are not part of this guide. Check them before you pay.
What kind of shop this is
The site describes itself as a primary and secondary marketplace and says it lists more than 150,000 concerts, sports and theatre events worldwide. A banner on the site warns that resale ticket prices may be above face value. So the price you see can be higher than the printed price at the box office. Compare the total with the venue's own price before you decide.
Where it works for you
Events are shown for US venues, for example in New York and New Jersey. If you live outside the US, treat the checkout as the deciding step. Look at the country and currency shown there, and at any extra fees, before entering payment details. The About Us page also says physical tickets are shipped to the delivery address entered at checkout. For tickets delivered by post, make sure someone can receive the parcel, because the buyer is responsible for being available at the time of a delivery attempt.
The guarantee
TicketNetwork backs every order with a money-back guarantee. According to the site it covers four points:
- Tickets are authentic and valid for entry.
- You receive the seats you ordered, or equal or better ones.
- Tickets arrive before the event, with at least one delivery attempt completed in time for shipped tickets.
- If an event is permanently cancelled, a refund is issued.
If the venue reports a problem with your tickets, tell the seller straight away. TicketNetwork asks for evidence from the venue, for example a letter or an email from venue staff confirming the scan problem, so it can recover the money from the seller.
Cancelled events and refunds
For a permanently cancelled event the company coordinates with the selling broker to provide a full refund of the ticket order. Delivery fees are excluded from that refund. For hard-stock tickets the seller may ask you to send the tickets back before it refunds you. Assume that buying a ticket is final unless one of the guarantee cases applies.

Cashback on TicketNetwork
Open the TicketNetwork page at daily cashback, where the current rate (6.25%) and the offers we found are listed. Press the shop button and buy your tickets as usual. Your free account shows the cashback as open, and it becomes confirmed after TicketNetwork has reported the order. If the order is cancelled and refunded, the cashback for it is deducted.
Practical tips
- Check seat section and row before paying, since sellers may substitute equal or better seats.
- Keep your order email and any venue message if a ticket does not scan.
- Do the whole purchase in one visit, and keep other voucher or cashback tabs closed.
