Booking a package holiday with ETI: payment, travel documents, changes and cashback
ETI (Express Travel International) is a holiday operator based in Vienna. It sells package holidays with flights, mainly to Egypt, Turkey, Tunisia, Spain and Cyprus, and the pages on eti.at are written for travellers from Austria. A package holiday is not a parcel, so the useful questions are about payment, documents and changes. This guide sums up what ETI says in its FAQ and its payment pages.
How booking works
You search by departure airport, destination and travel date, open a hotel, check availability and price and then book. The booking becomes binding when you send your details and receive the confirmation with a booking number. ETI says free changes and free cancellation after booking are not possible, and the terms and conditions explain the right to withdraw. Check names and dates carefully before you click. You get the confirmation or invoice by email within 24 hours, and the flight times in it can still change.
Payment options
You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or by bank transfer. Bank transfer is offered only for bookings made at least one month before departure. Bookings within 30 days of departure need a credit card. A separate payment page lists Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Revolut, Klarna and eps, and says which options you see depends on your booking. Klarna can offer instalments or invoice, depending on the booking value. If you booked through a travel agency, the agency handles the payment.
Travel documents
Documents arrive by email as a PDF from three weeks before departure, once payment is complete. For short-notice bookings, from three days before departure, they wait at the ETI airport partner and you collect them from two hours before your flight by showing your passport. Pick-up points are listed for Vienna, Graz, Linz, Salzburg and Innsbruck. For airport pick-up you must show a bank confirmation of a cash deposit made at the counter.
Changes, names and vouchers
Your online access to the booking ends after booking, so changes and cancellations go by email to [email protected] or by phone on (0)1 512 42 16, Monday to Friday 9 am to 6 pm and Saturday 9 am to 1 pm. A name change costs 50 EUR per name, but ETI may correct a typing mistake free of charge within a few days of booking. Spell every name exactly as in the passport. ETI travel vouchers can only be redeemed as originals sent by post to the Vienna office, with the booking number written on the back, and cash payout is not possible. Prices follow capacity and demand and can move daily.
Entry rules in short
For Egypt, Tunisia and Turkey you need a passport. The page says it must stay valid for at least six months after departure for Egypt and Turkey. Egypt and Turkey require a visa, which Austrian citizens get at the destination airport. Spain and Cyprus accept an ID card. Every child needs their own passport. If you are not an Austrian citizen, ask your embassy or consulate in good time.

Cashback on your booking
Open the ETI page at daily cashback, where the current cashback (1.5%) is shown. Press the shop button and book on eti.at. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once ETI has reported the booking. A cancelled trip is deducted. Book in one visit and keep other cashback and voucher sites closed, since a later click can replace the first one.
