Airport Transfer Portal: cancellation, waiting time, payment and cashback
Airport Transfer Portal is a booking marketplace for airport, city, event and group transfers in many countries. It does not drive the cars itself. Local, independent transfer companies do, and the portal arranges the booking. For a service like this the questions are different from a normal shop: when can you cancel, what happens if your flight is late, how long will the driver wait and which company is your contract with.
Who you book with
The site is run jointly by two affiliated companies. Funny Tourism Ltd is registered in England and Wales, and DYF Turizm Tic. Ltd. Sti. is registered in Turkiye. Your booking contract is with the company that processes your payment: Funny Tourism for PayPal, DYF Turizm for card payments. The transfer itself is carried out by an independent, verified supplier, and the portal acts as intermediary. The terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, while your mandatory consumer rights in your own country stay in place.
Prices and payment
Payment is due at the time of booking unless the offer says otherwise. Prices are shown in the currency you pick and include all applicable fees. The exchange rate is locked when you book. You pay by credit or debit card with 3D Secure, or by PayPal. After the booking you receive a confirmation email with the details. Special requests, such as a child seat that was not booked as a priced extra, are passed to the driver's company and met when possible, but they are not guaranteed.
Cancellation and refunds
The standard cancellation terms depend on how close the pickup is. Individual suppliers can use different terms, which the booking page displays clearly before you pay.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup.
- A 50 percent charge between 12 and 24 hours before pickup, so it is no longer free.
- No refund for cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup.
- No refund for a no-show or a cancellation after the pickup time.
Refunds are paid to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Flight delays and waiting time
The portal monitors flights. If you land late, the pickup time moves to your actual landing at no extra charge. For airport arrivals the booking includes 60 minutes of free waiting from the pickup time on your voucher. Departures and city pickups include 15 minutes. Waiting longer is charged at the operator's hourly rate. Give accurate flight and contact details, be at the agreed meeting point and keep the number of passengers within the vehicle size you booked.

Help and complaints
The help page says support is available around the clock. For a complaint you write to [email protected] or call +44 20 4538 9927. The company aims to acknowledge a complaint within 24 hours and resolve it within 14 days. If you are still unhappy, you can go to your national consumer body, your European Consumer Centre for a cross-border EU dispute, or the courts of England and Wales. The site is offered in English, Spanish, Italian, French, German, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, Japanese and Chinese.
Cashback at Airport Transfer Portal
Open the Airport Transfer Portal page at daily cashback and press the shop button. The page shows the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers we check every day. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once the portal has approved the booking. If you cancel and get a refund, the cashback for that booking is deducted. Practical tips
- Put the flight number in the booking so a late landing can be followed.
- Look at the supplier terms on the booking page, because they can differ from the standard ones.
