Shopping at Zendure: delivery countries, shipping and returns
Zendure sells balcony power plant storage such as the SolarFlow series, batteries and accessories. The shop at zendure.de serves customers in Europe, and its shipping page is detailed about warehouses, delivery times and surcharges. Below is what it says, in plain English for readers who shop from outside Germany.
Delivery countries
Since 1 January 2022 orders placed through Zendure Germany are fulfilled from local warehouses. The shipping page lists most EU countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Monaco, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden, with Germany as the home market. If duties apply in your region, you pay them yourself. Watch your email for a customs clearance message and answer it on time, otherwise the carrier may send the parcel back.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Standard shipping is free for orders from local warehouses. Switzerland and Norway are the exceptions: there the shop charges 73 euro extra if the order has no solar modules and 198 euro if it does. For products from local warehouses the shop quotes one working day of processing and 3 to 5 days delivery. The SolarFlow 2400 Pro is listed with 7 to 15 days. Accessories shipped from the China warehouse take 5 to 15 working days and carry a distance-based fee.
Processing before dispatch takes 1 to 3 days, and orders are neither shipped nor delivered on weekends or holidays. You get a confirmation email with tracking numbers, and tracking updates within 48 hours. If your order has not arrived after 21 days, contact support, ideally within 180 days of purchase. SolarFlow kits ship in separate parcels, one for the hub and one for each battery, so a 2 kWh set means three parcels that may arrive on different days.

Returns and cancelling
Before dispatch you can cancel for a full refund. After dispatch you ask support to recall the parcel or refuse it on arrival, and the refund follows once the shipment is back. For a change of mind you have 30 days from receipt. In that case you cover the logistics costs, including freight, taxes and customs, and the shop will quote you the return cost. For batteries and large storage systems the page estimates 150 to 250 euro for return shipping because special transport may be needed. A return needs an RMA number from support, who answer within one to two working days, and the shop does not accept returns at its Düsseldorf office. The refund takes 5 to 7 working days after the goods arrive and goes to the original payment method. Open-box products and items without all accessories are not accepted, and installed or connected devices can lead to a deduction. If you used a discount voucher, its share is subtracted from the refund.

Using cashback
Open the Zendure page at daily cashback, where the current rate (2.5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then fill your basket and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Zendure has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned order is deducted again. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so close other voucher tabs before you click.
