Shopping at TORRAS: shipping countries, free shipping and returns
TORRAS makes phone cases, screen protectors, power banks, chargers and ring stands, and its store has a country selector that covers a long list of markets. Before you order from outside the United States, it helps to know what the shipping policy promises and where the return rules get strict.
Where TORRAS ships
The shipping policy lists these countries: Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom and the United States. If your area is not on the list, the shop asks you to write to [email protected]. P.O. Box and APO, FPO or DPO addresses are not served.
The country menu at the bottom of the store shows a currency per country, for example EUR for Germany. Which currency you see depends on the country you pick there.
Shipping costs and free shipping
Shipping is free on orders over $29.99 for non-charging products such as cases and screen protectors. For charging products like power banks and chargers the free shipping limit is $49.99. Below those amounts the shop calculates shipping at checkout. If your cart is a few dollars short, one more small accessory can be cheaper than paying for delivery.
Processing and delivery time
Orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends or on holidays are processed the next business day, and personalized items can take longer. Delivery times differ by destination because TORRAS works with local logistics partners. For countries without their own delivery time in the policy, the estimate is 10 to 20 business days. A tracking email follows the shipment notice, which the shop sends within 2 to 3 business days.

Customs and import taxes
Outside the United States, import taxes, duties and similar charges can apply. The shop refers you to your local customs office for the amounts, so ask there before you order a bigger bundle.
Returns and warranty
TORRAS offers a 30 day money-back guarantee for any reason on undamaged products. You need an RMA number from customer service first, and the return must include all accessories and the original packaging. You contact the carrier yourself, send the return, and tell support the tracking number. The refund is issued as soon as the warehouse receives the package. For damaged items the shop covers returns only with a prepaid shipping label from them.
One rule matters for international buyers: a return that you send from overseas on your own is not accepted. If TORRAS shipped the order to you overseas, a return is accepted, but only for a refund, not a replacement. Defective products are replaced for free under warranty once you send proof such as the invoice, pictures or videos.
Cashback at TORRAS
Open the TORRAS page at daily cashback. It shows the current cashback (up to 6%) and the offers we check every day. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after TORRAS has reported the order. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A code from another site can cost you the cashback, so finish the order in the same visit.
