Returns within 30 days

You can send a rug back up to 30 days after receiving it, and the return costs you nothing. To book it, log in with the customer number and order number from your invoice in the web shop, a customer account is not needed. You then receive a return slip by email. Pack the rug in transport-suitable, dirt and water repellent packaging, even a sturdy refuse bag works, close it well and stick the label on visibly. After the parcel has arrived and has been checked, the purchase price is refunded to the payment method you used, and it can take up to five working days until the amount shows in your account.

Orders cannot be stopped once the payment has arrived, because the shop releases them for shipping at once, which happens within minutes with PayPal. In that case the shop recommends refusing the parcel.

The shop offers PayPal, including invoice, direct debit and credit card through PayPal, plus advance payment, Sofortüberweisung and Klarna. For advance payment the bank details are in the order confirmation email.
