Shopping at Surebeauty: shipping, customs, returns and warranty
Surebeauty sells professional beauty machines: cavitation and body sculpting devices, hydro dermabrasion units, HIFU, light therapy and more. The shop ships worldwide, but a US order and an order to the UK or Europe are handled very differently. Stock in the US leaves the next business day, while everything else goes out from a warehouse in China. This guide covers delivery destinations, shipping costs, customs duties, the return rules and the warranty.
Where Surebeauty delivers
The shipping policy names the USA, the UK, Canada, Europe, Australia and the UAE, plus other select countries. If you are unsure about yours, the shop asks you to contact customer service before ordering. Prices appear in US dollars by default, and a currency menu lets you switch to AED, AUD, CAD, EUR, GBP, INR, JPY, SGD or USD for display.
Shipping cost
Orders to the contiguous United States ship free, whether they come from the US or the China warehouse. For other countries, shipping may apply based on the chargeable weight: the heavier of the real weight (machine plus packaging) and the volumetric weight. The cost is shown at checkout, and customer service can quote it in advance.

US orders come from the US or the China warehouse depending on the product. Orders sent to other countries always come from China. Each machine is tested and inspected before it is packed. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday are processed on Monday, and delays can happen with couriers, stock or customs.
Customs and import taxes
Local taxes, customs duties or import fees may apply in some countries. They are not part of the product price or the shipping fee, and the buyer or recipient pays them. The shop cannot promise compliance with every country's import rules and suggests asking your local customs office before you order.
Returns, refunds and warranty
The shop gives a 30 day return guarantee from the day you receive the order. Returns and exchanges are accepted when a product quality issue is reported, the product is unused and it comes back in its original packaging. In that case the shop covers the return shipping. You pay it yourself when the reason is not quality, the product was used or the packaging is missing. Contact the shop before sending anything: unauthorised returns, or returns to a wrong address, are rejected. The return address is in Shenzhen, China. Used products, items without original packaging, intimate goods and hazardous materials are not returnable.
The main machine carries a 12 month warranty and accessories 3 months. Defective components are replaced free of charge, with free shipping of the parts. After the warranty, parts are paid by the buyer.

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and UnionPay are accepted, plus PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay and Klarna.
Using cashback
Open the Surebeauty page at daily cashback, where the current rate (3.5%) and the latest offers are listed, and press the shop button. Then order as usual. The cashback shows as pending in your free account and becomes confirmed once Surebeauty has reported the order. A returned machine reduces the amount, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Practical tips
- Ask customer service for the shipping quote for your country before you pay for a large machine.
- Report a package marked delivered but not received within 2 weeks in the US, or 4 weeks abroad.
- Keep the packaging until you are sure, because returns need the original box.
