Sneakids: delivery prices abroad, 30-day returns and cashback
Sneakids is a French online shop for children: shoes, clothing, nursery and bedroom items, toys and outdoor gear. It sells from France and, according to its delivery page, sends parcels to 39 countries. The prices differ a lot from one country to the next, so it pays to check your own line before you fill a basket.
Delivery prices
For France the shop offers Colis privé at 7.49 € shipping and Colissimo at 7.99 €. A pickup point is cheaper: 6.49 € shipping with Colissimo or Mondial Relay. Corsica is priced at 13.99 € shipping with Chronopost Express. Abroad, a few examples from the table:

Many further destinations, among them Portugal at 9.99 €, are listed in the same table, and several smaller markets sit at 25.99 € shipping. Heavy or bulky items such as large nursery pieces can add a surcharge, which appears in the delivery step of checkout. The United States is not listed.
How fast it arrives
The shop prepares an order within one to two working days if you order before 15:00 Paris time on a working day. Delivery then takes one to five working days. The date for each article is shown on its product page under the add to cart button, and a different size can change it. If you choose a pickup point you receive an email when the parcel arrives, and you collect it with ID and the tracking number. Someone else can collect for you with a signed letter and both IDs.
Returns
You can start a return within 30 days of receiving the parcel, through your account or the return page. Clothing and shoes must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Personalised items cannot go back. The return costs are yours, unless the article is faulty or does not match the order and customer service agrees; then you get a prepaid label. If a parcel arrives damaged, send photos of the item, the box and the shipping label through the contact form soon after delivery. The shop replies within 48 working hours when the request is complete. Once approved, you have 15 days to send the goods to the return address in Montlouis-sur-Loire, France.
Refunds follow within 14 days under the legal rules, to the original payment method or as a credit valid for 12 months.
Payment options
You can pay by card, Apple Pay, PayPal (with an option to pay in four instalments), Klarna or bank transfer. A transfer does not reserve your items until the money is in. Which methods appear depends on your billing country.
Cashback at Sneakids
Go to the Sneakids page at daily cashback, where you see the current cashback (up to 2.5%) and the offers we check every day. Click the shop button, then order as usual. In your free account the cashback starts as open and becomes confirmed after Sneakids has reported the order. Returned items are deducted from it. Take codes only from the shop page, since one from another site can cancel the cashback.
Small tips
- Children outgrow sizes quickly, so check the product page size by size and read the delivery date shown for it.
- Pickup points save roughly a euro of shipping in most countries.
- Keep tags on until the fit is confirmed, because a return needs them.
