Noukie's baby shop: shipping by country, free-shipping limits and returns
Noukie's sells baby and toddler products: soft toys and comforters, pyjamas and sleeping bags, bath capes, bibs, mobiles, play mats and gift ideas. The shop belongs to Be Lotus SRL in Belgium, the website is available in French, Dutch and English, and its shipping page lists six delivery countries plus Italy for home delivery. Delivery countries and shipping prices
The shop delivers to Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Spain and Germany. There are two ways to receive an order. To a pickup point, shipping is free from €49, and the pickup option exists only for Belgium, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and Spain. To your home, shipping is free from €69.
Below those limits the shop charges per country. Pickup point shipping is €3.95 in Belgium, France (mainland, Corsica excluded), Luxembourg and the Netherlands, and €8.50 in Spain. Home delivery shipping costs €4.95 to Belgium, €5.95 to France, €7.95 to the Netherlands, €10.95 to Luxembourg and €10.95 to Germany. Italy is also listed for home delivery, at €22.95 shipping. For countries not on the list the shop refers you to the checkout.
How long delivery takes
Every listed country shows 3 to 5 working days. The shop guarantees to process, prepare and hand each order to the carrier within 2 working days of the order date, and the delivery time of the chosen carrier comes on top. In sales periods and around the year-end holidays it can take longer.
Returns and refunds
You can return or exchange articles up to 30 days after receiving the order. For orders delivered to Belgium, France or Luxembourg the return is free: you generate a Mondial Relay label in your customer account, pack the items with the delivery note and drop the parcel at a Mondial Relay point. For other countries, including Germany, you send the parcel with a carrier of your choice and pay the return postage yourself, to Be Lotus SRL in Houdeng-Goegnies, Belgium.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and unused, with their original tags and packaging. Furniture, beds, moses baskets, rockers, changing mattresses, play mats, large soft toys and embroidered or personalised articles are excluded from the free return. After the shop has received the parcel you are refunded for the products you sent back.

Payment
Payment runs online through Stripe with SSL encryption, and the shop says no payment details are stored in its systems. The accepted methods are shown at the checkout.
Using cashback
Open the Noukies page at daily cashback, where the current rate is up to 3% and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as pending and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Check the free-shipping limit in your basket: €49 for pickup and €69 for home delivery are different thresholds.
- Outside Belgium, France and Luxembourg plan for return postage, because the free label is not available there.
