Shopping at Norma24: shipping to Germany and Austria, returns, cashback
Norma24 is the online shop of the Norma discount group, run by NORMA24 Online-Shop GmbH & Co. KG in Fürth, Germany. It sells DIY tools, garden items, furniture, household goods, electronics, clothing, wine and food. Delivery is aimed at Germany, with Austria as a second market for selected products. We read the shipping page, the terms and the withdrawal information in October 2026. Prices are in euros including VAT.
Where Norma24 delivers
According to its terms, the offers are directed at customers with a billing and delivery address in Germany and, for selected products, in Austria. Orders to Austria cannot go to company addresses, and an Austrian company address cannot be stored as billing address either. Shipping is for household quantities only. Readers in the UK, the US or other EU countries should ask customer service before ordering.
Shipping cost
Shipping to a German address costs a flat 5.95 EUR per order, even if the order is split into several parcels. Shipping to Austria is a flat 9.95 EUR per order. Some bulky items carry an extra piece surcharge that is shown under the price on the article page; for Austria this amount is doubled. Items sent by freight forwarder are delivered to the kerb after a delivery appointment has been agreed with you.

Delivery time
The delivery time is not one fixed number. It is printed on every article page, and when you order several items the longest stated time counts for the whole basket. One product page showed 5 to 8 working days. The clock starts when the payment order reaches your bank (prepayment) or when the contract is concluded (card or online payment). If something is not available, the shop writes to you by email and refunds any payment already made.
Withdrawal and returns
Consumers have 30 days to withdraw from a contract without giving a reason, counted from the day you receive the last item. You can declare it by email to [email protected], by letter, with the model form or through the online withdrawal form on the site. Then you have 30 days to send the goods back, and the shop bears the direct costs of the return. The money comes back within 14 days of the withdrawal, by the same payment route you used. The shop has no branches, so goods cannot be handed in at Norma stores. Items that spoil quickly and sealed hygiene products that were opened are excluded.
Payment and warranty
Norma24 accepts Mastercard and Visa, PayPal, prepayment by bank transfer and Klarna for private customers. Prepayment must arrive within seven calendar days, and the shop reserves the goods for ten. Beyond the legal warranty rights for defects, which run two years for consumers, the shop does not give its own guarantees. Check parcels for transport damage when they arrive and report hidden damage within five days.
Using cashback
Open the Norma24 page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3%) and the offers we found are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button and order in the same browser session. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after Norma24 has reported the order. A withdrawn item reduces the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- Add up shipping on small orders: a flat fee on a cheap item hurts more than on a large basket.
