Fidelis dog food: UK delivery, free shipping and returns explained
Fidelis sells fresh menus in jars, air dried food, natural chews and training treats for dogs. Because it is sealed food, the return rules differ from a clothes shop, and that is the part most people miss. This guide covers the UK store at fidelisdog.co.uk.
Where Fidelis delivers
The shop delivers to the whole of the UK, including the Scottish Highlands, the Scottish Islands and the Channel Islands. There are no extra charges for remote areas: Fidelis says it pays those costs itself, so every dog gets the products at the same price wherever it lives. The shop page does not list other countries, so a delivery address outside the UK is a question for the customer service team before you order.

Express is chosen at checkout. The delivery times start at dispatch and apply to items in stock. If you agreed to pay in advance, they start once the payment has arrived.
Order before 2pm, Monday to Friday, and Fidelis aims to dispatch the same day. Later orders, weekend orders and bank holiday orders go out on the next working day. Couriers deliver Monday to Saturday, depending on the carrier for your area.
Cancelling and returning
You can cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. If the order arrives in several deliveries, the 14 days start with the last item. Tell Fidelis clearly before the deadline, by email to [email protected] or by post to Kitchme Pet Brands Limited, Suite 1-6, Park Lane House, 47 Broad Street, Glasgow, G40 2AA.
- Items must be unopened with the seal unbroken and in the original packaging. For health and hygiene reasons the shop cannot accept opened food. The only exception is a faulty item.
- Send the goods back within 14 days of telling the shop you are cancelling.
- You pay the return postage unless the item is faulty.
- Refunds go to the original payment method without a fee. The extra cost of Express delivery is not refunded.
- The shop refunds within 14 days of getting the items back, or of receiving proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
If a returned item is damaged or incomplete, Fidelis may reduce the refund to cover the loss in value. Something that arrives faulty, damaged or not as described is a different case: email the shop as soon as you can, even if the pack is open, and it will arrange a collection or refund your return postage and offer a replacement or refund.
Using cashback
Start from the Fidelis page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 4%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, pick your food and pay at the shop. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after Fidelis has reported the order. A refunded order reduces the cashback for it.
Because the free delivery limit is £49, plan the basket in one go and keep it in a single order. Close other cashback and voucher tabs while you shop, as a later click can replace the first one.
