Cocunat delivery abroad: countries, free shipping limits, returns and cashback

Cocunat is a Spanish natural cosmetics brand with skincare, body care and hair care, shipped from Spain. Its web shop serves a long list of countries, and the rules differ by region. We read the delivery and returns policy on cocunat.com in October 2026 and collected the points that matter if you order from outside Spain. In Europe these are Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, the Isle of Man, Italy, Jersey, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, the United Kingdom and Vatican City. In the Americas it ships to Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico and the United States. The rest of the world covers Australia, Bahrain, Hong Kong, India, the Maldives, Mauritius, Morocco, New Zealand, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the United Arab Emirates. Spain itself excludes the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.

Some countries also have a minimum order. In Cyprus, the Czech Republic, Iceland, the Isle of Man, Jersey, Latvia, Malta, Monaco, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino and Turkey the minimum is 99 euros. For Argentina, Bahrain, Chile, Colombia, Hong Kong, India, the Maldives, Mauritius, Morocco, New Zealand, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan and the UAE it is 99 dollars. Below the minimum, the checkout button stays locked and shows how much is missing. Subscription orders ship without a delivery charge.

How long delivery takes

Orders go out on business days, and preparing one takes 2 business days. The shop then quotes transit times by country, for example Germany 3 to 4 working days, Austria 3 to 4, the United States 3 to 4, France 2 to 3, the United Kingdom 7 to 8, Switzerland 8 to 9 and the rest of the world 4 to 5. Customs can slow parcels outside the EU, and Black Friday or Christmas may add a little. Outside the EU and the US, import costs can be charged to you.

Returns, refunds and cancelling

You can return a product within 14 working days of receiving the order, as long as it is unused and in its original box, and the transparent wrap must not be opened. Choose a refund, a replacement or a different product. Damaged or faulty goods cost you nothing in return shipping. If the item was fine, handling and transport are yours. The shop refunds within 7 working days of receiving the parcel, and the money reaches your account in 3 to 5 working days. The cart also mentions a 30-day guarantee. A cancellation should reach the shop within 24 hours, otherwise shipping and return costs are deducted.
