BannerBuzz Australia: shipping countries, delivery, returns and cashback
BannerBuzz prints custom banners, signs, flags, table covers and display stands to order. The Australian shop at bannerbuzz.com.au also lists the countries it ships to, and it points to sister sites for the United Kingdom, New Zealand, Canada and the US. Because everything is made to order, the rules for delivery times and returns differ from a normal shop.
Where the Australian shop ships
The shipping page and the FAQ list these destinations: Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Ireland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, the Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Turkey. Orders go out through carriers such as UPS and FedEx. Products may be made and shipped from the shop's own facilities or from approved production partners in different countries, while the shop says specifications and quality stay the same. APO and FPO addresses are not served.
Shipping cost and speed
Shipping is calculated from the product in your basket, and the cart page shows the exact amount. The shipping page also lists four methods with price bands by order value:

After you approve the artwork, the team spends 12 to 24 hours on the banner, and delivery then takes between three and nine business days depending on the method. The shop does not offer next-day or two-day shipping, because jobs are spread across several print shops, but it does offer expedited options of 4 days or less from proof approval to delivery. The site shows an estimated delivery date for the method you choose.
Duties, taxes and payment
Customs charges may be prepaid in some cases, but import duties, taxes, customs fees and VAT/GST in your country are your responsibility. The shop is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or local authorities. Payments are taken in AUD, and your bank may add conversion or international transaction fees. PayPal e-check orders ship after the payment clears.
Returns and replacements
The window is short: 3 days from delivery. Non-custom items can be refunded or replaced if damaged in transit, defective, lost or substantially different from the order. Custom and close-out items qualify for replacement only, with no refund, if they arrive damaged, defective, lost or with a printing or customisation error on the shop's side. Spelling and design mistakes made by the customer, and small colour differences, are not covered. You raise a ticket in My Account with photos, and the team reviews it within 12 hours. The warranty is 180 days for manufacturing defects. After 60 days the shop only gives store credit.
If a carrier loses a parcel, the shop investigates and sends a reprint with priority shipping, which can take 3 to 4 days. A parcel that comes back to the shop is thrown away after 30 days if the customer cannot be reached.
Using cashback
Open the BannerBuzz page at daily cashback, where the current rate (1%) and the latest offers are listed with the date of the last check. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once BannerBuzz has reported the order. A refunded item is deducted.
Practical tips
- Check the artwork and every word of the text before you approve the proof, because approved artwork goes straight to production and cannot be changed.
- Inspect the parcel on the day it arrives. With a 3-day window there is little room to wait.
- If you live outside Australia, compare the sister site for your country, since each has its own shipping and tax set-up.
