Shopping at ALLDREI: delivery within Germany, pickup, returns and cashback

ALLDREI is a German online shop for balcony power plants, solar panels, battery storage from Anker, Zendure and SunEnergyXT, plus mounts and cables. If you live outside Germany, the first thing to know is that it only sells and ships within Germany. This guide covers delivery, pickup, returns and how to earn cashback.

Where ALLDREI delivers

The shipping page says its photovoltaic products are sold and shipped exclusively within Germany. Orders to the UK, the US or other countries are not offered. If you want to buy, you need a delivery address in Germany where someone can accept the goods, or you can use the shop's pickup option.

Delivery cost and time

Orders travel by freight forwarder. The shipping cost depends on weight: if solar panels are in the basket, delivery starts at 80 €. Accessories and storage units ship free.

The shop gives two delivery times. The shipping and returns page says usually 5 to 10 working days, while the FAQ says 3 to 5 days. If you are working to a fixed installation date, plan for the longer range. Once the goods leave the warehouse, you get a tracking number by email.

Pickup instead of delivery

At checkout you can choose pickup in store. According to the FAQ there are up to 14 pickup points, among them Berlin, Munich, Dusseldorf and Aachen. The range available differs from point to point, so you agree the location and time when you order. You get an email before the appointment and should bring a suitable vehicle. Pickup orders have no tracking number.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers have a 30-day right of withdrawal, counted from the day you receive the last item. To send something back:

  • Email [email protected] with your order number and current delivery address.
  • The shop emails you a free return label for returns within Germany.
  • Hand the parcel in at a branch, a parcel locker or to the courier.
  • After it arrives, the purchase price goes back to your original payment method, normally within 14 days.

The withdrawal page also has an online form for cancelling the contract.

The FAQ lists PayPal, Amazon Pay and Klarna. The options offered to you appear at checkout.

Using cashback

Open the ALLDREI page at daily cashback, where the current rate (1.5%) and the offers we check every day are listed. Press the shop button, then order as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once ALLDREI has reported the order. A return reduces the amount for the items you send back.
