Shopping at 1-2-3.tv (123.live): delivery to Germany and Austria, returns and cashback
1-2-3.tv, which now runs under the name 123.live, is a Bavarian shopping channel with live shows and an online shop for home and decoration, watches, jewellery and more. It sends parcels to Germany and Austria only. Here is what the shop says about postage, delivery, returns and payment, so you know what to expect before you order from abroad.
Where the shop delivers
Orders go to Germany and Austria and are shipped by DHL. The shop mentions no other delivery country, so if your address is elsewhere, ask customer service before you try to order. Delivery to a DHL Packstation is possible.
Shipping costs
A parcel costs 6,95 euros inside Germany and 7,95 euros to Austria. Chilled goods add 0,99 euros per order. Bulky items and goods sent by freight carry a surcharge that is shown in the product description. The exact amount for your basket is shown in the cart.
There is a feature that saves money if you shop several times in one day: you pay shipping only once per day, as long as you use the same payment method. The shop invoices the shipping flat rate once at night for all orders of that day. This does not apply if you pay by PayPal or Sofortueberweisung or switch payment method during the day. Orders in the instant purchase area carry shipping once per basket.
Delivery time
The delivery time is currently about 3 to 5 days. You receive a tracking number with the dispatch confirmation, and you can follow the parcel on the DHL website. The shop says it cannot guarantee immediate availability, because it depends on its own suppliers.

Returns
You have the legal right to withdraw within 14 days. On top of that, the shop grants a voluntary return right of 30 days after receipt. To keep the 30 days, you only have to send the goods back by day 30. Asking for a return label alone does not keep the deadline. The goods must be complete and undamaged and only tested as you would in a shop. The price of the returned goods is refunded, but not the original shipping flat rate or surcharges.
For parcel-sized goods you can request a prepaid return label, and the return is then free for you. The service numbers are 0800 44 30 123 in Germany and 0800 29 74 58 in Austria. For items that cannot go as a parcel you pay the return yourself, which the shop estimates at about 30 euros.
Payment
You can pay on invoice (subject to a credit check), with Visa or Mastercard, with Sofortueberweisung or with PayPal. The shop says its card payment works with German or Austrian credit cards. A card is charged only when the goods leave the warehouse. PayPal and Sofortueberweisung do not work for the live auctions with falling prices or for bundling orders of one day.
Using cashback
Open the 1-2-3.tv page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to $5.61) is shown. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for that item.
Tips
- If you order several times in a day, use the same payment method so shipping is charged once.
- Prefer invoice or card over PayPal if you want the one-time shipping rule to apply.
- Finish the order in one visit and keep other cashback or voucher sites closed, since a later click can replace the first one.
