How an order with cashback works

Start from the Rexing page on our site and check out in the same session. The entry appears in your account as pending, and it is confirmed once Rexing approves the order. After that you can request a PayPal payout. The minimum payout is 20 USD. The base is the net order value once vouchers and promotions are deducted, taxes excluded. If you enter a code our page does not list, tracking or eligibility may suffer.

Returns and what they do to cashback

Rexing allows 60 days for returns on its dash cams, except final sale items. If you use the shipping label Rexing provides, a restocking fee of 9.99 USD per item is deducted from your refund, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. That label only works inside the US. Vantrue accepts a return request within 30 days of receipt, for unused products in the original packaging; the customer pays the return shipping and the shipping cost is deducted from the refund.

For cashback only one thing matters: the order has to stay with you. Returned, refunded or cancelled orders lose the cashback, at Rexing and anywhere else.

Shipping and delivery

Rexing offers free standard shipping from 100 USD order value to the contiguous US, and standard shipping below that is 5.99 USD. Transit is 3 to 4 business days. For Canada and the United Kingdom Rexing calculates FedEx rates at checkout, and the US free shipping offer does not apply there. Vantrue shows all available shipping methods after you enter your address and says delivery usually takes around 3 to 5 business days. It does not offer free shipping to every country, and import duties may come on top for some destinations.

Warranty

Rexing gives 12 months of coverage for malfunctions, and 18 months if you register the product. Vantrue gives a full 12 months and a further 6 free months on registration, so 18 in total. Rexing asks for proof of purchase, and both exclude damage from misuse. Buying from an unauthorised reseller is excluded at both, so use the maker's store or an authorised dealer.
