Ordering from Sonni24: delivery countries, freight, returns and cashback
Sonni24 is a German online shop for bathroom and heating products such as radiators and shower enclosures. It is run by Sonni Sanitär GmbH in Hilden and ships from Germany. The shop is in German, but it delivers to five countries, so here is what a buyer outside Germany should know before ordering.

Which countries Sonni24 delivers to
According to the delivery FAQ, the shop currently delivers to Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Italy and Spain. All parcels leave from Germany, so orders abroad take longer: the shop adds 3 to 4 working days. Costs for deliveries outside Germany and to islands can include extra charges, which are calculated automatically at checkout. Packing stations are not supplied.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Inside Germany, parcel delivery with GLS, DPD or DHL costs nothing. Bulky goods that travel by freight carry an additional shipping share of €10 to €30, depending on weight. Island delivery costs €60. Self-pickup in Hilden is free by appointment.
Parcels usually take 2 to 3 working days, freight shipments 3 to 6. Every order needs at least 24 hours of processing if the item is in stock, and "ready to ship" is not a delivery date. For freight the carrier phones, texts or emails about 3 to 4 working days ahead to arrange a time, so give a number where you can be reached. Freight is delivered to the kerb. Carrying the goods into the house or flat is not part of the service, and neither is assembly. Delivery is made at ground-floor level, so plan help for the stairs.
If you miss a delivery, the shop may charge for a second attempt. If you refuse the goods after several attempts, the return cost is deducted from your refund. Check the address and phone number before you pay: changes are possible within 30 minutes of ordering.
Returns and complaints
The withdrawal policy gives you 14 days from receipt of the goods, and the FAQ describes 30 days for a return if you simply do not like an item. Register the return first through the contact form or by email. If you did not like the item, you pay the return shipping, which the shop estimates at a maximum of about €30. For a wrong, damaged or defective item the return is free. You can use your own carrier or the shop's return service at cost price. If you arrange it yourself, use a trackable service with transport insurance and send the tracking number, since the shop takes no liability for problems on the way. The refund includes the original shipping and goes back to the payment method you used once the goods have arrived and been checked. The shop offers no exchange service. Order the replacement as a new order instead.
Inspect the delivery right away. If an item is badly damaged, you can refuse delivery at the door. Otherwise report transport damage or missing parts with photos. The policy says within 7 days of delivery, and the FAQ says 14 days, so do it at once. Quality defects should be reported within 7 working days. Goods that are installed or used cannot be returned without good reason.
Payment and contact
The shop accepts credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Klarna (invoice or instalments) and prepayment by bank transfer. With prepayment the goods ship only after the money arrives. Write to [email protected]. Phone support is available Monday to Friday, 10am to 3pm, and there is a live chat.
Using cashback
Open the Sonni24 page at daily cashback for the current rate (3.5%) and the offers, which we check daily. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Sonni24 has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Measure doorways and stairs before you order a radiator or shower enclosure. The freight carrier stops at the kerb.
- Open the parcel on the day it arrives and photograph any damage, since the reporting windows are short.
- Keep other voucher and cashback sites closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
