How a Jackery order with cashback works
Open the shop page first, then put the station into the cart. Switch off the ad blocker and do not open other price or voucher sites in between. The price in the shop stays the same. Your free account lists the order as open at first.
Cashback is confirmed after the shop has approved the order, and that is usually after the return window has closed. The shop page names the period. If you send the unit back, you lose the cashback on that order. With a 30-day return right that is worth knowing before you order.
Shipping and processing
Jackery writes on its service page that shipping is free to the contiguous US states. Processing takes up to one business day, then orders typically leave within one to two business days and spend one to five business days in transit. Jackery calls these times estimates.
EcoFlow shows free shipping in its banner for orders to the contiguous United States, with Puerto Rico, Hawaii and Alaska excluded. According to its shipping policy, orders are processed within three to five business days. A high order volume can delay shipments by a few days. EcoFlow does not ship to P.O. boxes or to APO, FPO and DPO addresses.
Returns and what they cost
Both give you 30 days from receiving the order. At Jackery the return right covers purchases from its website and its Amazon store. Return shipping is paid by Jackery for a defective product, a delayed shipment or a damaged package. For other reasons, return shipping and handling fees are deducted from the refund, and a restocking fee applies if the unit is not in its original condition. The refund is processed within ten business days after Jackery receives the item.
EcoFlow states that returns of US orders carry a transaction fee that depends on the payment method, plus the shipping cost. For quality problems you get a full refund or a one-time free replacement. After the unit reaches the warehouse, the refund follows within fourteen business days. EcoFlow also asks you not to ship anything before you hold the RMA number from support.
Warranty
Jackery says that products bought on its website come with a free warranty extension. Certain models carry 2+1, 3+2 or even 5+2 years, and Jackery states that this applies only at Jackery.com. The product page shows the exact period.
EcoFlow lists the period per series in its US warranty policy. DELTA 2, DELTA Pro 3, RIVER 2 and RIVER 3 Max are listed with five years. DELTA Pro lists 24 months, or 24 plus 36 months after registration. Portable solar panels are listed with twelve months. The warranty starts with delivery and is valid only for products purchased and used in the United States.

Jackery suits you if you want to order directly, collect cashback on the way and have the unit on its way quickly. Delivery and return rules are laid out on Jackery's own policy pages.
EcoFlow can be the better pick if a specific series with a long listed warranty is what you want, for instance one of the five-year lines. Then check the return costs in advance, because the transaction fee comes on top of shipping.
