Buying from ZOSI Germany: free shipping, returns, warranty and cashback
ZOSI makes security cameras and recorders: PoE camera systems, WiFi cameras, battery cameras, analog systems and accessories. The shop at zositech.de is the manufacturer's German store, operated by Ansjer Electronics of Zhuhai, China, with a German VAT ID. Delivery, returns and warranty are written for Germany, and that is what this guide covers.
Where it delivers
According to the shipping information, orders placed on the official ZOSI DE website are delivered to Germany only. If you live in the UK, the US or anywhere else, this store is not meant for your address. Delivery goes to any physical address in Germany. If the address is invalid, the parcel is not shipped until the shop has contacted you for a correction.
Shipping cost and delivery time
Shipping is free. Orders ship directly from the German warehouse, and delivery usually takes 1 to 4 working days. Orders are processed within one working day. The shop keeps you updated by SMS and email. The stated delivery time is an estimate, and the shop is not liable for unavoidable delays. Check the parcel for completeness and damage before you sign for it. You are entitled to refuse delivery.

Returns and refunds
Return requests have to be made within 30 days of the delivery date, and the goods must also be shipped within that period. Refunds are only possible for purchases made directly in the official ZOSI shop. If you bought from a dealer or partner, contact them. When you return something for personal reasons, you pay the return shipping. The shop can offer a return label if needed and deducts its cost from your refund. For items that are dead on arrival or defective, ZOSI covers the return shipping, and for transport damage you need proof within 48 hours of receipt.
The return must include all products and accessories and be sent with tracking, otherwise a refund is excluded. Customer service provides the label and instructions. Approved refunds are paid within 7 working days after the parcel has been received and checked, via the original payment method. A chargeback at your bank after your return request can hold up the refund for 60 to 120 days or longer, so contact customer service first.
Warranty
ZOSI products carry a limited warranty from the purchase date that covers material and workmanship defects under normal use. It is 2 years for DVRs, NVRs, camera systems and cameras, and 1 year for accessories such as cables, power adapters and solar panels. In a warranty case the shop repairs, replaces with a refurbished unit of the same function, or refunds. Accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, ignoring the manual and normal wear are excluded, as are free gifts from promotions. The warranty adds to your statutory rights and does not replace them.
Payment and contact
