How the order runs
Begin at the shop page, turn off your ad blocker and complete the purchase without switching windows. Afterwards the order sits as pending in your account until the provider has reviewed it. Breeze eSIM offers and codes that currently apply are listed on its shop page. Stick to those, since a code from an old newsletter may jeopardise your reward.
Cancelling, refunds and cashback
Breeze eSIM allows cancelling within 14 days of purchase as long as the plan is not activated. A plan that is not activated within six months expires. Once it runs, data left at the end of the term is lost, per the terms of service.
Airalo has a refund button in your account. It appears only for eligible orders, and eSIMs that have expired or been fully used do not qualify. For the reasons "Wrong purchase" and "Plans changed" the refund comes as Airmoney. If the eSIM is not working or the installation fails, you can choose between Airmoney and a return to your payment method, which takes seven to ten business days, up to 30 days at some banks.
For your reward this means a cancelled or refunded order pays out nothing. If the trip is still uncertain, buy shortly before you leave.
What you get for the trip
Breeze eSIM names more than 190 countries, sells country and regional plans and offers unlimited plans as well. It is data only, so calls and SMS stay with your normal SIM; WhatsApp and similar apps work over the data. Your home network can stay switched on for calls. If data runs out, you top up in My Account. Buying a plan for several people in one order is where the multi-eSIM discount applies. For frequent flyers there is also a Travel Pass: one eSIM for 12 months, 130 countries and a monthly data allowance that resets, with extra data bundles on top.
Airalo lists more than 200 locations with local, regional and global eSIMs and unlimited packages. The validity period usually starts when the eSIM connects to a network at your destination. Whatever data is left when the period closes is gone. Rechargeable eSIMs can be topped up from the My eSIMs tab, hotspot sharing works if your phone and the network allow it, and an unused QR code can be passed to a friend.
