Booking Unlimited Biking: cities, rentals and tours, cancellation rules and cashback
Unlimited Biking rents bikes and runs guided cycling tours in nineteen cities around the world. Booking works online, and there is no parcel to wait for. For a traveller the questions are different: which cities are covered, how you pay, what a cancellation costs and when a refund is possible. The details below come from the website and its terms and conditions.
Where you can book
The city list in the menu covers nine places in the United States and ten in Europe. In the US these are Alexandria (VA), Hilton Head Island, Miami, New York, San Diego, San Francisco, Santa Monica, Sanibel Island and Washington, DC. In Europe you can book in Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Florence, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Rome and Versailles. Some bike types are limited to certain cities: the Comfort City Bike is offered in the European cities, while the Comfort Hybrid, the aluminum and carbon road bikes and the tandem are listed for US cities. Kids bikes, electric bikes, Burley trailers, tag-alongs and baby seats appear in most places.
Rentals, tours and extras
The shop sells four main things: bike rentals, guided tours, group bookings for 15 people or more, and the BikePASS. It also has gift cards, cycling events and a concierge service in New York. Examples on the start page are Central Park bike rentals from $12.5, Rome bike rentals from $10 and a two-hour Highlights of Central Park tour from $55. Longer tours such as the four-hour San Francisco eBike tour start higher. Each listing shows its own duration and price, and the final amount is shown when you reserve.

Payment and currency
You pay the full amount by credit or debit card to make a reservation, and the charge appears as Unlimited Biking on your statement. The shop adds no fee for the card payment. Your bank may still apply foreign transaction or currency conversion fees, so the amount charged can differ slightly from the one shown on the website. Ask your card issuer if you are unsure.
Cancellation and refunds
Rentals can be cancelled free of charge at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel inside the 24 hours, the full price is charged as cancellation fee. Most tours follow the same 24-hour rule, with exceptions for private tours or tours that include third-party tickets, where the rule is stated on the website or in your confirmation email. Event and attraction tickets and gift certificates are non-refundable in all circumstances. You cancel by email only. The terms also say that no refund is given once a service has started.
Messages and contact
If you opt in during booking, the company sends text messages about your reservation, such as confirmations, reminders and meeting-point details. You can stop them any time by replying STOP. There is also a live chat and a contact page on the website.
Cashback through daily cashback
Open the Unlimited Biking page at daily cashback, press the button to the shop and book from there. Your cashback (4%) first shows as pending and turns confirmed after Unlimited Biking has reported the booking. A cancelled booking reduces it.
