Payment

Returns, exchanges and refunds
You can return a product within the 30-day guarantee period, which starts on the day you receive the order. Keep all the packaging, whether the bottles are used or unused, and send back all bottles for a full refund. Start with the customer care team to get a return or exchange authorization number, because a return sent without it delays processing. Then ship the bottles, the packing slip or emailed receipt and the number to the returns address in Delray Beach, Florida. Return postage is yours to pay, so use a service with delivery confirmation. The shop wants returned items back within two weeks of issuing the number.
Refunds are based on the items returned, so sending back two of six bottles gets a share of the price, and partial returns are refunded starting with the lowest-priced items. Opened or empty products are accepted only if enough time has passed to try the product as directed on the label. Refunds go to the original payment method, usually within 72 hours of receiving the package, plus up to 5 business days for your bank.
