Wildfang dog food: worldwide shipping, customs, returns and cashback

Shipping costs by region

Delivery time and customs
Unless an offer says otherwise, delivery within Germany takes 1 to 3 working days and delivery abroad 5 to 10 working days after the contract is concluded. The shop processes orders within 24 hours on working days and sends a confirmation with tracking. Nothing is delivered on Sundays and public holidays. If your basket holds items with different delivery times, they travel together and the longest time counts.

Returns
You have 30 days after receiving the goods to decide whether to keep them. Write the reason on the delivery note, return the item unused and in its original packaging, and contact customer service first, preferably by email. The return address is Wildfang Petcare GmbH, Dr.-Raber-Str. 10, 19230 Hagenow. Processing takes about 7 to 10 days, and you get a message when it is done.
Dog food, treats, chews, snacks and gift vouchers cannot be taken back. Used, soiled, damaged or unpackaged items may be refused or refunded in part. If something arrives damaged, email your order and invoice number, a description, the item number and your contact details.
Payment
Depending on your country, the shop offers Klarna (instalments, direct debit, card, invoice), PayPal, SEPA direct debit, pay later and Sofort. The list changes with the delivery country.
Using cashback
Open the Wildfang page at daily cashback, where the current rate is shown as 6%. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has approved the order. If you send something back, the cashback for it is deducted.
