This is Beauty sells brand-name beauty products whose boxes or containers have a flaw: a dent, a scuffed lid, a missing pump. The product inside is meant to be the same as always, only cheaper. That model shapes how shipping and returns work, so it is worth reading the rules before you order.
Who it ships to
The shop ships to all commercial and residential addresses in the 50 US states, plus APO, FPO and DPO addresses. The same site also has a UK version with its own country selector, but this guide only covers the US store at thisisbeauty.us. Customers outside the US should check the country selector at the bottom of the page.
Shipping options and speed
Orders are stored in the shop's own warehouse and sent Monday to Friday, except public holidays. The shop aims to process every order within 24 hours. Orders placed over a weekend or on a holiday leave on the next working day. You can choose between two USPS services at checkout:

Since the free shipping limit is $30, a basket of $27 can be topped up with one small item instead of paying for postage. Tracking details arrive by email once the parcel is on its way, and you can also follow it on USPS.com.
What condition to expect
Each listing states whether the item is New, Imperfect Box, Imperfect Container, Missing Box, Missing Lid, Missing Pump, Small Amount Missing or Ex Display. The pictures only show the kind of flaw, so your item may look slightly different. The shop guarantees that every product is genuine and says its stock comes from large retailers, distributors and the brands themselves. If you are unsure about one item, ask the team before you check out.
Returns and refunds
- Changed your mind: the product must come back in the condition it was sent in, and you pay the return shipping.
- Faulty, wrong or not as described: returns are free within 30 days of purchase, and the shop emails a prepaid label or QR code.
- Opened products only qualify if they are still in the condition the shop sent them or if the problem is the shop's.
Contact [email protected] with your order number to start a return. There is no paper slip in the parcel, by design. After the shop receives the item, card refunds usually take 5 to 10 business days to show on your statement.
Payment
You can pay with Visa, Visa Debit, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay Installments or Afterpay Installments. Promotional codes can only be used one at a time, but a code can be added on top of item, category and shop-wide discounts unless the offer says otherwise.
