Buying Steadfast Golf shafts from abroad: shipping, flex guarantee and cashback
Steadfast Golf sells carbon fiber golf shafts directly from its own US shop. The range is the Jupiter One and the lighter Jupiter Lite, both for drivers and for 3, 5, 7 and 9 woods, plus custom builds. If you live outside the United States, the questions are the same as for any American shop: what does it cost to get the shaft to you, and what happens if the flex is wrong? This guide collects what the shop states.
Prices, currency and where the shop sits
The shop is based in Jupiter, Florida, and prices are shown in US dollars. The page has a country and currency selector with a long list of countries, so you can switch the display. What the selector does not tell you is the shipping bill for your country. That appears together with taxes at checkout, which is also what the cart itself says: shipping, taxes and discount codes are calculated at checkout.
Shipping costs and the free shipping line
A banner across the top of every page reads free shipping on orders over $175. A single shaft usually does not reach that, so the bundles are where the threshold matters. Because the shipping policy page of the shop is empty, there is no country table to quote. Before you pay, look at the shipping line in the cart for your address, and write to the shop through the contact form if you want a delivery estimate first. After your order leaves for the carrier you get an email, and the Track your order page follows the parcel.
The 60 day flex guarantee
This is the part that matters most for international buyers. You have 60 days to try the shaft on the range and on the course. If it does not outperform your old stock shaft, the shop takes it back and offers you a new flex. It is an exchange, not a refund of the purchase price. Custom shafts are not eligible for exchanges.
- You start the exchange in the shop's exchange portal and pick the matching reason.
- The optional Checkout+ add-on covers the exchange label and package protection. Without it you pay the exchange shipping yourself.
- Warranty exchange shipments go to the shop's address in Jupiter, Florida, marked with your order number on the outside of the box and with a printout of the email exchange with support.
For a buyer abroad that means the return leg crosses a border, so ask support how to ship it before you send anything.
Lifetime guarantee and package protection
If a Steadfast shaft ever breaks, the shop says it will replace it. The warranty is voided if the shaft has been pulled out and reinstalled or tampered with. Package protection, part of Checkout+, covers an order that is lost, stolen or damaged in transit: after an approved claim you get a replacement at no extra cost.

Picking the flex before you order
Because the return leg is the awkward one, choose carefully the first time. The shop's own guide by swing speed: 70 to 89 mph is Senior, 90 to 99 mph Regular, 100 to 109 mph Stiff, and 110 to 129 mph X-Stiff. If you sit between two flexes, the shop recommends the stronger one, because its shafts play a little softer. The Jupiter Lite driver shaft weighs 45 grams and the Jupiter One 58 grams, 13 grams less for the Lite.
Cashback with daily cashback
