Buying a Rexing dash cam in the UK, Canada or the US: shipping, returns and cashback

Rexing sells dash cams, trail cameras, body cams and action cams, and the shop is based in the US. If you are in the UK or Canada, the question is whether a US shop will actually send you one and what the return rules look like when the parcel has to cross a border. We read the shipping policy, return policy, warranty and contact pages on rexing.com in October 2026. They describe the US in detail and the UK and Canada only in a few lines, so we say below where the shop leaves things open.

The shipping policy names three groups. Within the contiguous United States (48 states plus Washington, DC), standard shipping is free on orders of 100 USD or more and costs 5.99 USD below that. The estimated transit time is 3 to 4 business days. For Alaska, Hawaii, US territories and military addresses, USPS services and rates are calculated at checkout, and the free shipping offer for 100 USD does not apply. For Canada and the United Kingdom, available FedEx services and rates are calculated at checkout, and the US free standard shipping offer does not apply to them either.

So for the UK and Canada the shop gives no fixed shipping price. You enter your address at checkout and it shows the FedEx options with their cost and delivery estimate. The policy says eligibility, rates and estimated delivery dates are confirmed there. The country selector at the bottom of the site lists a long row of countries and currencies, including Germany, Switzerland, Japan and the United Arab Emirates, but the shipping policy only names the US, Canada and the UK. If you are somewhere else, check the checkout before you plan around it.

Returns, refunds and warranty

You have a maximum of 60 days to return a dash cam, counted from the purchase date. The package has to be postmarked within that time. You start the return on the Rexing return page, print the label and arrange a UPS pickup or drop-off. The label the shop provides only works inside the US. If you ship from the UK or Canada, you would have to pay for your own return postage, and you should contact support first. The policy also says a 9.99 USD restocking fee per item is deducted when you use the shop's label. A banner on the site mentions free US return shipping for orders of 99 USD or more, so read the return page again at the time you return something, because the two statements are not the same.

Refunds go to the original payment account within 7 days after the shop receives the package. The original shipping fee is not refunded. Final sale items, free gifts, products without proof of purchase and damage from misuse are not covered. The standard warranty runs 12 months for malfunctions that are not caused by physical or liquid damage, and registering the product extends it to 18 months.

Press the shop button and order as usual. The cashback shows as open in your free account and becomes confirmed once Rexing has reported the order, normally after the return window.
