Ordering from PranaHaus: shipping to the EU, payment, returns and cashback
PranaHaus is a German online shop for gemstones, home and wellbeing products, run by PranaHaus GmbH in Riegel am Kaiserstuhl. The shop pages are in German. If you order from another EU country, the points that matter are what shipping costs, that foreign orders are paid in advance and how returns work from abroad. This guide sums them up and shows how to earn cashback.
Shipping costs by country
Within Germany, shipping costs 4,95 euros and the minimum order value is 25 euros after any discounts. To other EU countries, parcel-size goods ship for 9,95 euros, and the same minimum order value of 25 euros applies. For deliveries outside the EU the shipping cost follows the actual charges, which the shop quotes on request. The shop delivers abroad only against payment in advance.
Customers in Austria and Switzerland are pointed to the shop's own sites, pranahaus.at and pranahaus.ch. Prices are gross prices including statutory VAT.
Delivery time
The delivery period is two to three working days from conclusion of the contract, unless something else is agreed. If a delivery is delayed, the shop informs you. Current availability and delivery times are shown in the online shop or given by phone. At checkout you can also choose a DHL Packstation as the delivery address.

Payment methods
You can choose prepayment, invoice with 14 days to pay after receiving the goods, SEPA direct debit, cash on delivery, PayPal Plus (PayPal, card and direct debit via PayPal), Apple Pay and Google Pay. Cash on delivery adds a fee set by the post. After a credit check the shop may switch you to prepayment or cash on delivery. Orders above 350 euros are delivered only against prepayment, PayPal or credit card. Addresses abroad can be served only against prepayment.
Returns and withdrawal
For returns from Germany you create a return label or QR code online with your order number and postcode. Handled online, the return stays free of charge, while requesting the label by post costs about 1,50 euros. For returns from other countries, contact customer service beforehand. On the right of withdrawal, the FAQ mentions one month in one answer and 14 days after receipt in another. The shop's withdrawal notice is the binding text, so read it before you order.

Cashback with daily cashback
Open the PranaHaus page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 3%) is shown. Press the shop button and order as usual. In your free account the cashback first appears as open and becomes confirmed once PranaHaus has reported the order. If you return goods, the cashback for them is deducted again. Current offers are listed on the shop page and we check them daily.
Practical tips
- The minimum order of 25 euros counts after discounts, so check your basket total at the end.
- From abroad you pay in advance, so add the transfer time to the delivery period.
- Do not use a code from another site in the same visit. A foreign code can cost you the cashback.
