Ordering from Mvolo: free EU shipping, worldwide delivery, 90-day returns and cashback
Mvolo is a Dutch webshop from The Hague that sells red light panels, LED face masks, infrared lamps, daylight lamps and daylight glasses. The shop ships across the EU and says it can also send parcels worldwide. For buyers outside the Netherlands, the delivery page and the 90-day return policy are what matter, so here is what they say.
Where Mvolo delivers
The delivery page names the Netherlands and Belgium as the fastest destinations and treats the rest of the EU as a second group. For the world beyond the EU it says worldwide shipping is possible via DHL, FedEx, Bpost, UPS, DPD and PostNL. The shop's country selector lists many countries, including Germany, Austria, France, Spain, Italy, Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Australia and Switzerland. Confirm that your address is accepted at checkout, because the page does not promise every destination.
Shipping costs and delivery times
Shipping is free to the Netherlands, Belgium and the other EU countries. Outside the EU, shipping costs between €15 and €30. All prices are given in euros and include VAT, and there is no membership fee.
Processing takes 1 to 2 working days, Monday to Saturday. After dispatch, delivery takes 1 working day in the Netherlands and Belgium and 2 to 5 working days in other EU countries. The shop warns about longer times around holidays and busy periods. You get a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order is on its way. Some products are sold as pre-orders, clearly marked on the product page, with a wait of 2 to 6 weeks.

Returns, exchanges and cancellations
You can return a product within 90 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange, unless stated otherwise. Fill in the return form on the shop's return page or email [email protected], then follow the instructions. Parcels sent back without a request are not accepted. Send the product with all accessories and, where reasonably possible, in its original condition and packaging. If it is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary, the shop can charge for the loss in value.
The return shipping is paid by you when the reason is yours, such as not liking the product or ordering the wrong one. No restocking fees are charged. The refund goes to the original payment method, and once the shop approves it, the money arrives within 7 to 14 working days. If goods arrive torn, defective or damaged by the carrier, contact the shop within 90 days of delivery for an exchange; in that case you do not pay return shipping.
Within the first 24 hours of the order you can ask for a replacement item or a cancellation. After that, or once the parcel has shipped, you pay the return yourself. The delivery page adds that an order cannot normally be changed or cancelled after confirmation, that an address change must be requested within 48 hours and before the parcel is on its way, and that one order goes to one address only.
Payment
The footer of the shop shows iDEAL, Klarna, Bancontact, Visa, Mastercard, PayPal and Google Pay.
Using cashback
Open the Mvolo page at daily cashback, where the current rate (6%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Mvolo has reported the order. A returned product reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Decide on exchanges within 24 hours, since later requests mean you pay the return.
- Watch out for pre-order labels on the product page, because they add 2 to 6 weeks to the wait.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the cashback click.
- Close other cashback and voucher sites while you shop, since a later click can replace the first one.
