Shopping at Monkey Mum: delivery countries, currencies, returns and cashback

· 2026-10-06

Monkey Mum is a Czech company that sells bed rails, door and stair gates, playpens, high chairs and children's clothing. The shop is built for customers all over Europe, which makes the country and currency selector the first thing to look at. This guide covers where it delivers, how payment and currency work, and what the withdrawal and complaint rules say.

Countries and currencies

The country menu on monkeymum.com offers 27 destinations: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Most of them are priced in euros. Czechia is shown in CZK, Hungary in HUF, Poland in PLN, Romania in RON and Sweden in SEK. Switzerland and the United Kingdom are listed with EUR on the menu. Pick your country before you fill the basket so prices and currency match your address.

Shipping costs

The terms say the shipping and packaging costs displayed in the store apply to deliveries within the Czech Republic. For every other country, check the cart: it lists the delivery cost before you pay. If the seller wants more confirmation for an order, it may ask you by email or phone first.

The terms mention no fixed delivery time. After the order, you receive a confirmation email, and the contract is concluded with that email. When the parcel arrives, check the packaging and tell the carrier straight away about any damage. If the packaging shows signs of tampering, you do not have to accept it.

Payment

The terms list four ways to pay: cash on delivery, bank transfer to the seller's Czech account, the GoPay payment system and payment card. Bank transfers have to arrive within 14 days of the order, and the seller can ask for full payment before shipping.

Withdrawal and returns

You can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods themselves also have to reach the seller within those 14 days, by post or in person. You can use the model form from the terms, or write to the seller.

The return postage is paid by you. The seller refunds the price of the goods within 30 days of your withdrawal, using the same method you paid with, but does not refund shipping or other additional costs. The goods have to be in a condition that shows you only looked at them, so do not use them. Items made to your wishes, perishable goods and sealed hygiene goods that you opened are excluded.

Complaints and warranty

For a defect, contact the shop first, describe the problem and send a photo. Always ask before you ship anything back so the seller can arrange the transport. If you use the shop's own shipping service, it covers the cost. If you use your own carrier, it pays only up to the amount of its own shipping cost.

The legal rights for defects run 24 months from receipt. On top of that, Monkey Mum gives a 36-month extended warranty on the Premium and Popular bed rails. It covers manufacturing and material defects of new products bought from 1 February 2026, and not wear, wrong installation, damage from misuse or changes to the product.

Using cashback

Open the Monkey Mum page at daily cashback, where the current rate (4%) and the current offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button there, then shop and pay as you normally would. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Monkey Mum has reported the order. If you send something back, the share for that item is deducted.

Practical tips

  • Choose your country on the selector first, as the cart changes with the destination.
  • Ask for the delivery cost in the cart before paying, since the terms only name Czech prices.
  • For a return, write to the shop first and keep proof of posting.
  • Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, because either can break the cashback click.
