Ordering from Memorialize Art: free shipping, delivery times and refunds
Memorialize Art turns your photos into custom portraits and paintings, printed on canvas or delivered as a digital file. Because every piece is made to order, delivery has two parts: the time the artists and the print facility need, and the time the parcel spends with the carrier. The shop prints in several regions of the world, which is why times differ by country. This guide collects its delivery table, shipping policy and refund rules.
Shipping cost
The FAQ page says shipping is free and that the shop offers free worldwide shipping thanks to printing facilities around the globe. There is also a premium option called queue jump, which moves your order up the artists' list. It is meant for busy seasons or holidays. If you order products from different categories, they may arrive in separate parcels. All orders are trackable.
Delivery times by country
The shop adds up to 4 business days to finish your digital drawing before printing starts. After that, the table on the shipping page applies: first canvas processing, then shipping.

The proof and the guarantee
You first get a digital proof and can ask for unlimited revisions. Under the Only Pay If You Love It guarantee, you can cancel before approval and are not charged. Approval sends the artwork to production and cannot be undone, so use the revisions first.
Refunds and returns
After approval and delivery, the shop may offer a refund when the artwork comes back in original condition, and return shipping is your cost. Refunds without a return, or prepaid labels, are decided case by case, for example for damage, defects or production errors. Non-custom items can be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. If something arrives damaged, defective or wrong, write within 7 days and attach photos of the item and the packaging. Refunds go to the original payment method, and processing takes 3 to 5 business days plus the bank's time.
Once a parcel has shipped, the shop does not refund carrier delays, customs processing or peak season congestion.
Using cashback
Open the Memorialize Art page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 7.5%) and the latest offers are listed, and press the shop button. Then upload your photos and pay as usual. The cashback shows as pending in your free account and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A refund reduces the amount, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Practical tips
- Answer the proof email quickly, since production only starts after your approval.
- Check your address twice, because the shop says a missing apartment number is the most common reason for returned parcels.
