Shopping at mcbuero.de: shipping prices by country, withdrawal and cashback

· 2026-10-13

mcbuero.de is a Berlin online shop for office supplies: paper, ink and toner, stationery, folders, office furniture, craft supplies and even toys. It is run by Mc Büro GmbH and delivers well beyond Germany. The shipping price depends heavily on the country and on whether the basket passes 20 euros, so the page with the price list is worth reading before you order from abroad. We read it in October 2026, together with the terms and conditions dated 31 December 2025.

Countries and shipping prices

The shop delivers to 20 countries: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, France, Italy, Finland, Greece, Croatia, Portugal, Sweden, Spain, Bulgaria, Poland, Slovenia, the Czech Republic, Hungary and Switzerland. All prices below are shipping costs including VAT, in euros.

The German price is split differently: 7.49 euros shipping for baskets up to 74.99 euros, and from 75 euros the shop charges no shipping at all. That free threshold is only for Germany. The shop also lists net prices without VAT, for example 6.29 euros net for the German fee, which is useful for business customers outside the EU or with a VAT number.

The shipping page and the terms do not give a delivery time. If the shop sends no delivery confirmation or goods within 2 days of your order, you are no longer bound to it. The hotline is 030 473 032 53, Monday to Friday, 8 to 17 hours.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the last part of the order, without giving a reason. A clear statement by letter, phone, fax or email to Mc Büro GmbH is enough. The shop refunds all payments, including standard delivery, within 14 days after the notice reached it. You send the goods back within 14 days after the notice.

You carry the direct cost of the return shipping. The terms estimate it at no more than about 100 euros for bulky goods such as furniture. You only pay for a loss in value if you handled the goods more than needed to check them. The shop gives no guarantees in the legal sense, but manufacturer guarantees stay valid. Statutory liability for defects runs two years for consumers.

Payment

According to the terms you can pay by direct debit, Sofortüberweisung, mpass, credit card, giropay (all through the payment provider Computop), PayPal or advance bank transfer. The shop reserves the right to exclude single methods. The homepage also mentions other methods, so the payment step in the cart is the final word.

Using cashback

Open the mcbuero.de page at daily cashback to see the current rate (up to 3%) and the offers we checked, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and turns confirmed after mcbuero.de has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.

Practical tips

  • Outside Germany a basket below 20 euros is expensive to ship. Collect small items into one order.
  • In Germany, 75 euros is the line to watch for free shipping.
  • Pause your ad blocker and finish the order in one visit to keep the cashback click.
