Shipping abroad and free delivery
The shop accepts online orders to addresses internationally, except for a few places it cannot reach. Customs duties and taxes
Orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, and the buyer pays them. Returns, exchanges and cancellation

Custom, engraved and resized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged, and solid gold products are not returnable because each is made to order. Cancelling within 24 hours of payment is free. After 24 hours but before shipment a 30 percent fee applies, and once an order has shipped the return policy takes over.
