Where does KissLove Hair ship?
The shop names three regions: North America, Europe and South Africa. Everything is sent from China. The shipping page asks you to read through the list to see whether your country gets free shipping, and the product page shows the fee for your address. Prices on the site are in US dollars. Shipping cost and delivery time
The shop says that most countries get free shipping. The delivery times it gives are:

Returns and exchanges
You can cancel within 24 hours or before the order ships, and the shop refunds the full amount. After shipping, contact customer service first. Returns are accepted within 30 days, and you must ask for the return address before sending anything, because it can differ from the dispatch address. The wig has to be intact, unworn and with the lace uncut. Human hair that was used, washed, combed or removed from the bundle cannot come back.
Not returnable are hair care and styling products, accessories, liquids and special-order items. Custom orders cannot be refunded or exchanged at all. If you return something because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping, and if the shop sent a wrong or defective item, the shop pays. Once the parcel is received and checked, the refund goes to your original payment account within 3 business days.
One warning from the shop: never simply refuse a delivery. Returning a refused parcel can cost $50 to $100 in shipping, while a return arranged through customer service costs about $10 to $25.
Payment
The shipping page lists PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and Western Union. The payment methods page adds that you can pay by card through PayPal without an account, and that a pay-in-four option splits the amount into equal instalments every two weeks.
