Hut Styler: shipping zones, delivery times, returns and cashback
Hut Styler is a Berlin hat shop with a physical store in the Alexa Shopping Center, and its online shop at hut-styler.de ships well beyond Germany. The delivery price depends on the zone your country sits in, so it helps to look it up before you choose a hat. Prices are in euros.
Where Hut Styler delivers
The shop sorts its destinations into three zones. Zone 1 covers Austria, France, the Netherlands, Denmark, Poland, Luxembourg, the Czech Republic, Belgium, Monaco, Sweden, Slovenia, Switzerland and Liechtenstein. Zone 2 lists Hungary, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, San Marino, Andorra and the United Kingdom. Zone 3 lists Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Portugal, Romania and Cyprus. Slovenia appears in the first two lists, so the basket shows which price applies. Inside Germany the outbound shipping is free.
Shipping cost by zone
Zone 1 pays €4.90 shipping for the first kilogram, plus €0.70 for every further kilogram. Zone 2 and zone 3 pay €5.50 shipping for the first kilogram. Each extra kilogram costs €0.80 in zone 2 and €1.00 in zone 3. The shop writes that the exact shipping cost is shown during checkout. Everything goes with DHL, and parcels are insured.
Processing and delivery time
Orders usually leave within 24 hours after the payment is confirmed. Some take 1 to 3 days to process. If your payment arrives before noon, same-day dispatch is possible. After dispatch the transport time outside Germany averages 4 to 7 working days for zone 1, and the shop gives 4 to 7 days for zones 2 and 3.
Returns and the 14-day right of withdrawal
You can return goods within 14 days of receiving them. The return is at your cost, and the shop charges a flat fee per return on top. Send the parcel insured and with a tracking number through DHL, Hermes, DPD, UPS or another carrier, and keep the receipt until the refund arrives. The return address is the Hut Styler store at Alexa Shopping Center, Grunerstraße 20, 10179 Berlin. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged or returned, and a voucher stays valid for three years. The refund goes back to the payment method you used.

Payment
The payment page lists prepayment, credit card, SEPA direct debit, PayPal, Stripe, Sofort by Klarna, giropay and paydirekt, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. With credit card the charge happens right after you order. With prepayment the shop sends its bank details in a separate email and ships once the money has arrived.
Using cashback
Open the Hut Styler page at daily cashback, where the current rate (4%) and the offers are listed with the date they were last checked. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as open and becomes confirmed once Hut Styler has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- Weigh your basket in your head: a single hat stays well within the first kilogram, so the base shipping rate usually applies.
- Outside Germany the return costs you carrier fees plus the flat fee, so check the size chart before ordering.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, since either can break the click.
