Shopping at Gigasport Switzerland: shipping, country shops, returns, cashback

· 2026-10-01

Gigasport is a sports retailer from Graz that runs separate online shops per market. The Swiss shop at gigasport.ch serves addresses in Switzerland, and the shipping page explains where other countries have to order instead. Here are the Swiss rules for delivery, shipping costs and returns, plus how cashback works.

Which shop delivers where

The Swiss shop delivers to a Swiss address, to your home, office or any other address in Switzerland. For an address in Germany, France, Italy, Austria or Spain the shop asks you to switch to the matching country shop. For Belgium, Croatia, Luxembourg, Slovakia, Slovenia, the Czech Republic and Hungary, switch to the Austrian online shop. If you order from outside Switzerland, use the country shop for your address instead of the Swiss one.

Shipping costs in Switzerland

Shipping to Switzerland currently costs CHF 3.95 per order, even if the shop has to split the delivery into several parcels. From an order value of CHF 149 shipping is free. The shop states that customs fees are included, and a minimum order value of CHF 39 applies. Bulky goods cost CHF 119 to ship, e-cargo bikes CHF 139. Returns are free, except for freight goods.

Delivery time and carriers

Parcels usually arrive within 3 to 6 working days, shipped by Swiss Post. Bulky goods and large appliances go with the freight company Gebrüder Weiss or DHL, and the delivery time can be up to 10 working days. They are delivered to the curb only, and a phone number is required when you order them. If an item arrives late, the shop may send a partial delivery. You can follow the status through the link in the shipping confirmation email.

Returns and refunds

You can send back unused, as-new goods within 30 days of receiving your order. This is free within Austria, Germany, Switzerland, France, Italy and Spain, except freight goods. Use the return label that comes with the parcel and enclose the filled-in return slip. Trying the item on as you would in a store does not count as use. If it was used, the shop keeps a deduction for the loss in value. The return address is Gigasport Online Shop, Postfach, 9029 St. Gallen, for parcels delivered by Swiss Post. For freight goods contact customer service.

The refund goes back the way you paid, after the goods have been checked. Depending on your bank it can take up to ten working days to show up. There is no direct exchange: return the item and order the replacement again in the shop. If you paid with Apple Pay, the refund goes to the card stored in the wallet app. For invoice purchases through Klarna, refund and payment questions go to Klarna customer service.

Using cashback

Open the Gigasport page at daily cashback, where the current rate (up to 1.75%) and the offers are listed. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and turns confirmed once the shop has reported the order, normally after the return period. A returned item reduces the cashback for it. A voucher code from another site can cancel the click.

Practical tips

  • At CHF 140 to 148 an extra item can be cheaper than the CHF 3.95 shipping fee.
  • For freight goods check that someone can take the delivery at the curb and give your phone number.
  • Do not wear or use items before deciding, so no deduction applies.
