Delivery countries and shipping costs

German islands and island regions abroad that are not regularly served are excluded. The shop shows prices in euros, Danish kroner, Swedish kronor and Swiss francs.
In Germany shipping is €5.90 below €80 and free from €80. For the euro countries the shipping fee below €80 depends on the destination, and from €80 delivery is free:
| Shipping to | Fee below €80 |
|---|---|
| Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg | €9.90 shipping |
| Austria | €10.90 shipping |
| France | €13.90 shipping |
| Italy | €15.50 shipping |

| Sweden | SEK 164.30 shipping, free from SEK 848 |
Switzerland has a minimum order value of CHF 377, and shipping is free from that amount. The shop points out that the cost valid for your order is shown in the basket before you complete it.
How the goods arrive
Depending on size and weight, gabions travel as a parcel, as bulky goods or by freight forwarder. The expected delivery time is 2 to 7 working days in Germany and normally 5 to 7 working days abroad, counted from the contract. With prepayment the clock starts when your money arrives. Parcels usually go with DPD or GLS. For freight the carrier calls ahead, so enter a phone number where you can be reached. Nothing is delivered on Sundays or public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, they normally ship together, and the longest time applies. Self-pickup is possible, and then no shipping is charged.
Withdrawal and returns
You have one month from receiving the goods to withdraw without giving a reason. Tell the shop by letter or email ([email protected]), or use the form on the site. The refund follows within 14 days of the notice, to the payment method you used. The withdrawal policy states that Gabiona collects the goods and bears the return cost. Made-to-measure items, perishable goods and some sealed or mixed goods are excluded. EU consumers also have at least 2 years of statutory warranty.
Payment and contact
The shop accepts PayPal, credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay, Klarna invoice and instalments, Sofort and prepayment by bank transfer. Customer service is available by phone Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm, and by email.
Using cashback
Open the Gabiona page at daily cashback for the current rate (5%) and the offers, which we check daily. Press the shop button, then order and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback first shows as open and becomes confirmed once Gabiona has reported the order. A returned item reduces the amount for that item.
Practical tips
- A basket just under €80 in Germany pays the shipping fee, so a small accessory can save money. An item you send back does not count for the cashback.
- Check the access to your site: for freight the carrier phones before delivery, and the goods are heavy.
- Keep other voucher and cashback sites closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
