Shopping at Fabletics UK: delivery, returns and cashback
Fabletics sells activewear online, and the UK site at fabletics.co.uk is built for customers with a UK address. That matters before you fill a basket: the delivery rules, the return options and the country question all come from one shipping page. We read it in October 2026. Shops change these terms, so check the numbers again at checkout.
Where Fabletics UK delivers
The shop delivers to any destination within the UK, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. It says there is no surcharge for outlying areas. At the moment it does not deliver outside the UK. It also lists a few postcodes it does not serve, among them BFPO 57 and 58, and the Cayman Islands, Montserrat and British Virgin Islands ranges.
If you live elsewhere, the page footer links to separate Fabletics sites for the United States, Canada, Germany, Spain, France, the Netherlands, Sweden, Denmark, Slovenia, Poland and Romania. When we opened the UK site from a German connection, a banner offered to move us to the Dutch site. So the shop clearly expects you to use the site of your home country.
Delivery cost and speed
The charge depends on your subtotal after discounts have been applied.

Next day delivery applies to orders placed before 4 pm, Monday to Friday. Once the parcel is dispatched you receive a tracking number by email, and the same details sit under Order History in your account.
Returns and exchanges
Fabletics offers three routes, and the deadline differs for each:
- Membership or store credit: 30 days from receipt. The credit can take up to 14 days to show in your account.
- Exchange for another item or outfit: 30 days from receipt.
- Full refund to the original payment method: 14 days from receipt, with the money arriving within about 5 working days. Reward points are deducted if you pick the refund.
Items must be new, unused and in original packaging. Clothing has to be unworn with the tags still attached. Some products bought in special promotions are final sale, so read the promotion terms. To send something back, contact the shop with your order ID, then book an Evri ParcelShop drop-off. The label you receive is valid for 7 days.
Using cashback
Open the Fabletics page at daily cashback, where you find the current rate (up to $0.56) and the offers we have checked, with the date of the last check. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as normal. In your free account the cashback first shows as pending and turns confirmed once Fabletics has reported the order. A returned item is deducted again, so a refund also reduces the cashback for that item.
Practical tips
- If your basket sits at £45, check whether one more small item takes you past £49, since that removes the £3.95 delivery charge.
- Because the free delivery threshold is checked after discounts, a promotion can pull a basket back under £49.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker on the shop, as either can break the click.
- Do not open other cashback or voucher sites while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
