Shopping at EPI Jewelry: free shipping, delivery time, returns and cashback
EPI Jewelry sells engagement rings, wedding bands, earrings and necklaces with moissanite, lab-grown diamonds and gold vermeil. Most pieces are made to order, and that changes what you can expect from shipping, cancellation and returns. This guide goes through the rules the shop states, including the parts that matter for orders from outside the United States.
Shipping costs
EPI offers free DHL or FedEx international priority shipping worldwide on every order, and the FAQ confirms that shipping is free for all jewelry items, whether the address is in the US or abroad. USPS and Yunexpress are also available as carriers. What can still show up on delivery are duties and taxes. EPI does not cover them, and if the carrier asks you to pay, that charge is customs clearance and not a shipping fee.
Delivery time: production plus shipping
The shop sums it up as delivery time equals production time plus shipping time. Shipping with the courier usually takes 3 to 5 business days according to the shipping policy, while the FAQ says 3 to 7 days. Made-to-order pieces need production time first, so the shop quotes about 13 to 19 business days in total from the order. Popular items that are in stock leave within 2 days and arrive in 5 to 7 business days. The FAQ gives a production time of 7 to 14 days, so treat the longer figure as the safe one when you plan around a date such as a proposal or wedding. You get an email once the order has shipped.
Delivery rules and countries
EPI delivers only to physical home or business addresses. The shipping policy rules out PO boxes, hotels and military addresses, and the FAQ adds that parcel lockers do not work either. DHL and FedEx require a signature from you or a family member, and the FAQ says the courier tries three times. The shop currently cannot ship to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, the Marshall Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, Rhode Island, the US Virgin Islands, North Korea, Ukraine, Belarus, Russia and Iran. The country menu on the site lists the US, Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Italy and the United Kingdom with their own currencies.
Cancellation and returns
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in new condition and in the full original packaging, and you contact customer service first, because returns without approval are not processed. Return shipping is paid by you unless the shop made the mistake, for example a defect, a wrong item or wrong engraving. The refund is the item price minus the original shipping cost and a $20 restocking fee. The shop sends the refund to your original payment method after it has received and checked the parcel.
Custom, engraved, re-sized and 14K or 18K gold orders cannot be returned or exchanged, and clearance items are not refundable. An order canceled within 24 hours of payment is refunded in full, a cancellation after that and before dispatch carries a 30% fee, and once production has started the order cannot be canceled. The FAQ mentions 12 hours for free changes and cancellations, so decide quickly.
Payment and warranty
You can pay with PayPal in selected countries and with Visa, Mastercard and American Express. The shop also mentions financing with weekly payments. If your PayPal currency differs from the one on the site, an exchange loss can occur. A lifetime warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the original purchaser. Wear, accidents, loss and third-party repairs are excluded. Claims go by email with proof of purchase.

Using cashback
Start on the EPI Jewelry page at daily cashback, where the current rate (5%) and the shop's offers are listed, and we check them daily. Press the shop button and order as usual. The cashback shows as open in your free account and turns confirmed after EPI has reported the order. If you return a piece, the cashback for it is deducted, and a code from another site can cost you the cashback.
Practical tips
- Give the courier an address where someone can sign, or arrange a pickup at the carrier facility.
- Check the exact engraving before you pay, since engraved pieces cannot be returned.
- For a date-bound gift, order early and plan with the longer delivery estimate.
