Shopping at DeubaXXL: free shipping, delivery times and cashback
DeubaXXL sells garden furniture, gazebos, trampolines, household and DIY goods and a lot more. The Swiss shop deubaxxl.ch belongs to Deuba GmbH & Co. KG in Merzig, Germany. Where it delivers and what delivery costs is spread over two pages that disagree on one point. We read both and the withdrawal page in October 2026. Where DeubaXXL delivers
The payment and shipping page names two delivery countries, Switzerland and Germany. The FAQ page, on the other hand, says that an order on deubaxxl.ch can only be delivered within Switzerland. If you want to order from Germany, check at the basket whether your address is accepted. Austria and the UK are not mentioned anywhere. According to the FAQ, delivery to parcel lockers is not possible, while a different delivery address is. There is no assembly or connection service, and an instruction sheet comes with the products.
Shipping cost and delivery time
The shop charges no shipping costs, neither in Switzerland nor for delivery to Germany. Prices include statutory VAT. Parcels go out with DPD.

The delivery time counts from the conclusion of the contract, or from your payment instruction if you pay in advance. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. If you order items with different delivery times, the shop sends one shipment and the longest time applies. When an order is split into several parcels, you receive the tracking links by email. If a delivery fails, the carrier tries a second time, and after that the parcel waits for collection.
Withdrawal and returns
You can withdraw from your order within 14 days after delivery. The return is arranged through the shop's service portal, for which you need your invoice or customer number. The goods must be on their way no later than 14 days after you register the return. For a withdrawal you pay the return costs yourself, so for bulky goods it is worth asking beforehand what the return would cost. Perishable goods and opened items that are unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons are not taken back.
Once the return has arrived and been booked, the shop usually refunds the invoice amount within 2 working days, using the original payment method. For defects the statutory 24 months from receipt apply. After the 12th month the customer has to prove that the defect existed at purchase.
Payment
The shop accepts TWINT, PayPal and PayPal Express, credit card, Apple Pay and Klarna as pay now, invoice or financing. TWINT is handy in Switzerland, while customers in Germany will more likely use PayPal or a card.
Using cashback
Open the DeubaXXL page at daily cashback, where you find the current rate (up to 5%) and the offers we have checked, with the date. Press the shop button, then shop and pay as usual. In your free account the cashback shows as pending and becomes confirmed once DeubaXXL has reported the order. Returns are deducted again.
Practical tips
- Measure the space for furniture and gazebos before ordering, since a withdrawal means paying the return yourself.
- If you order to Germany, check at the basket that your address is accepted.
- Finish the order in one visit and pause your ad blocker, as either can break the click.
- Keep other cashback and voucher sites closed while you shop, because a later click can replace the first one.
