D'Arienzo: worldwide shipping, duties outside the EU and how returns and size exchanges work
D'Arienzo is an Italian fashion label from Solofra in the province of Avellino, known for leather jackets, coats, bags and fur. It sells through its own online shop, available in Italian, English, French and German. Prices can be shown in euro, pound sterling or US dollars. We read the delivery, returns and exchange page in October 2026. The page is mostly written for Italian customers, so this guide separates what it says about the world from what it says about Italy.
Where D'Arienzo delivers
The shop states that it ships to Italy and all over the world, and only with the express couriers TNT, BRT, DHL and UPS. It does not publish a country list or a price table for other countries. That means the shipping cost for a UK, US or EU address is worked out in the basket, and we cannot quote a figure. Check the total before you pay.
Shipping in Italy
Shipping within Italy is free with TNT. The shop dispatches immediately and at the latest 24 hours after payment, depending on stock. Orders placed before 12:00 leave the same day, except made-to-order items. Delivery takes 24 to 48 working hours, while the smaller islands, Sardinia and Sicily are usually covered in 48 to 72 hours. Cash on delivery costs 7.00 EUR, works only with TNT and only up to an order of 999 EUR. You get a tracking number, and the courier sends an email or SMS with an approximate delivery time.
Duties and VAT outside the EU
Deliveries outside the European Union are subject to local duties and VAT. That applies to the UK and the US. The page names no amounts, because they depend on your country and the value of the parcel. If you refuse to collect an order for any reason, the shop charges you the outbound and the return shipping.
Payment
The page mentions credit card, PayPal, Scalapay and bank transfer. Orders are processed as soon as the payment is authorised or the transfer has been credited.
Returns
You can send back one or more unused items within 30 days of delivery and receive the price of the returned products. The return is at the customer's cost. If you use the shop's own return service, 10 EUR for return shipping is deducted from the refund. For bags and accessories the return is also yours to pay. You can post it to the warehouse address you receive when you ask for the return, or have a courier collect it at home, which again costs 10 EUR. Return shipping for outlet products costs 12 EUR through the return service. A paid gift box is not refunded.
The conditions are strict. Each garment carries a numbered single-use security seal on its tag, and the shop does not accept items whose seal is broken or whose original labels are missing or damaged. Try items on without removing the tag. The item must be unworn, unwashed and unironed, and packed neatly. The parcel travels at your own risk. If any condition is not met, the goods are sent back at your expense. A refund goes to the card, to the bank account or to PayPal, depending on how you paid.
Size exchange
The first size exchange is free. A second exchange costs 15 EUR in shipping. The free exchange service is stated for customers in Italy only. Outside Italy, plan for a return and a new order instead.
Using cashback

The cashback shows as pending in your free account and becomes confirmed once the shop has reported the order. A returned item lowers the amount by its share.
Practical tips
- Try an item on indoors and over a clean surface, with the tag and seal in place. A broken seal means the return is refused.
- For an order from outside the EU, ask yourself what local duties and VAT will add.
- For Christmas the shop says to order by 13:00 on 17 December. The courier is not responsible for delays.
